I am very scared of the dentist due to a past experience, white knuckle the chair scared . Dr. Lee just took out two of my wisdom teeth and I never got sore or hurt, he was extremely gentle and caring, for that I will always be grateful. Best dentist I've ever had, won't go anywhere else!!

A few days ago, on a Friday morning, I was in the kitchen to get something to eat and I cracked in my tooth eating a piece of bread. So, immediately, I contacted the dental office to make an appointment only to reschedule on different occasions because I have been sick with a bad cold. When I got better I called and made an appointment which was scheduled for January 31st., but it was canceled on January 26th via phone call because I was exposed by a family member who had the coronavirus. I went to get tested and the test result came back negative... What a relief! Well, today I called the dental office to make an appointment only to be told that there was no appointment available today and I would need to call whatever day I choose to come in to see if they have any availability which did not make any sense. After the phone conversation, I have decided to take my health concerns somewhere else. I don't need the headache. Thank goodness I was not in pain or had any nerve exposed. So much for immediate assistance and customer service?

I have gone here before to get a checkup on my wisdom teeth. That went pretty smoothly considering it was the first time I had been there and it was so long ago I don't remember all the details. He gave me a referral for an oral surgeon, but I was leaving on a 6 month trip about two weeks later. Didn't have time make all that happen. So I come back about a year or so later to get a checkup and the nurse was so sweet who did my x-rays. She was super pleasant. But as soon as the doctor came in, the FIRST thing he says to me is, "I see your wisdom teeth are still there." I explained the situation about my trip. He said oh, okay I'll give you another referral (which he never even gave me, mind you. That must have been REAL important). Then he goes on to explain have plaque, my gums are irritated, the usual speel. Okay you need some extra cleaning I say okay, I wanted to wait and see how much it was going to be. They give me the price, and wanted to schedule an appointment Right There. I said okay, it will have to be next week. She stresses to me how much I need this extra cleaning. The next week rolls around and I didn't have the money to do an extra cleaning. I call to let them know that, and the same lady repeatedly tried to talk me into over that phone saying you need it, you need it. I said to her again, I don't have the money. She says okay we will put you down for a normal cleaning. I call back to confirm my appointment the day before and a different lady says no we have you down for all these different things. I said I called earlier and needed to change all that because I don't have the funds. "She says well you do need it so keep it in mind'" good grief people, how many times do I need to give you the legitimate answer that I don't HAVE THE MONEY. Very unkind and inconsiderate from not only the doctor but also multiple other employees. My mom had a very similar experience and is very unhappy with their service as well. Even after taking many of their recommendations, they still CONSTANTLY recommend more treatments for her. Have an an appointment tomorrow, so we will see how hard I have to fight to get a normal cleaning that my insurance covers. I intend to switch dentists unless tomorrow goes very well.

Staff not professional or friendly. I would not recommend this place for XRays the equivalent was old and outdated.

What a fantastic office! I have been going to a dental office in the Huntington Beach California before moving to Beaumont for retirement. All staff here have been wonderful and kind. Dr. Lee is very professional. I got several veneers and they look absolutely wonderful. It was painless. Dr. Lee says he's not a cosmetic dentist but he should be. Thank you Dr. Lee and staff.

It was the first time I had a completely painless dental experience (I have had 50 years of dental experiences!) All of the staff are friendly and able to answer your questions. The dentist, hygienist, and nurses were all gentle and professional. I intend to go back for all of my dental needs.

While I see there are a lot of great reviews for this dentist, and I'm sure the dentist himself is great, I urge you to read our experience with not the dentist but his office. We made an appointment with Doctor Dae Lee on May 18th 2018. My husband works at night, so making appointments can at times be challenging, however Doctor Dae Lee's office had an appointment on Friday June 1st 2018 at 3pm. This worked perfectly for us since this is the only day my husband has off, and it wouldn't be too long before his usual wake up time for his night shifts at work. However, when we arrived at the appointment, we were more than flabbergasted at the welcome we received. When we walked in the nurses and front office staff were sitting around behind the front desk eating ice cream and carrying on a conversation, however as soon as we entered the office the conversation did not just stop, we were given a dirty look by the woman handling the appointments and checkins at the front desk. We were then asked what were needed, again with a rude and annoyed tone. Once we stated we had an appointment at 3pm and gave the name on the appointment, the front office woman looked at her computer and told us "there is no appointment that was ever made under that name." Now, mind you we were new so I was at this point still willing to believe there might have been a mistake, perhaps the computer filed new and existing patients separately. We said very friendly but a little confused that we made the appointment two weeks back and we were new. Without looking again she huffed and told us "There is another dentist office in the area maybe you made an appointment with them." I have to say, I have never been treated as though I am five and wouldn't think there are more offices in one area. This was not only extremely insulting in the wording but also said in a rude condescending tone. We tried to say it was made with Doctor Lee and at this address, but only got as far as to say it was made with Doctor Lee before she interrupted us stating, "There's more than one Doctor Lee, you probably came to the wrong office." Now again rude, also if this was a problem that happens often like she was implying, than it would be safe to assume they would know where this other doctor's office was, however when asked she responded in a frustrated voice with, "I don't know off the top of my head." Then she turned to her computer typing in what I can only hope was a google search, however after a few moments of silence my husband simply asked the address that was given to us over the phone when we made the appointment, which matched their address. Again the answer that this was in-fact the correct place was rude, short, and frustrated. We were then told, "There's no way we would have made that appointment for you at that time since we usually close at this time on Fridays." Which is Information that doesn't match their office hours listed on google, their website, or posted on their front door and clearly wasn't true since there was someone in the chair at that moment. She also goes on to say again in the same rude tone "I can still squeeze you in and we can do X-rays for you today then schedule more work at a later time." Which I found funny since she just said they supposedly closed at that time. We told her if it's a problem we can reschedule, however she said no and just passed her ice cream off to another coworker and got paperwork together, however at this point both my husband and I had enough of the attitude in the office and decided to leave. This was clearly a scheduling mistake, that could, and should have, been handled quickly with all parties happy by simply stating, "I'm sorry but we don't have you down. There must have been a scheduling problem. Can I reschedule you?" Or something similar. If you have an aversion to being blamed for the extreme likelihood of a mix up or accident, or if you have an aversion to germs, I highly suggest one of the other offices that the front desk attendant will, very rudely point out is in the area.

Wow wow wow !!! I went in for cosmetics because I had gaps in my front teeth. And incredible! Dr Lee was honest in my consultation, and the outcome was amazing. I really didn't expect my teeth to look that great the way it did, to be quite frankly. And very affordable. I honestly think this Doc should be working for celebrities in Hollywood. I am going to refer Dr Lee to all my family and friends. I have before and after pictures to prove what he did and feel free to contact me. DR. Lee, thank you !!!
