Megan was a great hygienist! First time at this office for a cleaning. Appreciated the honesty and her friendly personality. Very refreshing to go to a dentist office that doesn't see you as a dollar sign! Thanks

This Dental office is the most unprofessional place I have ever been to. I had a crown made on a tooth that already had a root canal, and my crown broke. The assistants/front desk almost shamed me for eating and basically blamed me for the crown breaking. Having some experience in the dental field I am aware that nothing is guaranteed. This crown had broken in the middle of my mother dying from covd and then myself having covd, so I did cancel once! Then when I was better I made an appointment and came in, the staff there asked me why I didn't come sooner, I explained to them that my mother had passed and then I had covd, their office was even closed for a period of time when the covd situation was still unclear. So I finally go in for an appointment, by this time I had misplaced the crown, so they sent me home to look for the crown, I called and told them I could not find it and I thought it was better to get another one made. The same day I was sent home for not bringing my crown I made my appointment for 2/19/2021, while I am at work today they called me and said the doctor is dismissing me from his practice because I have canceled to many times (which is not true). I had my daughter called because 1. I was working and 2. I thought maybe she could understand better what was going on. So, my daughter calls and asked to speak with the manager, she was in a meeting so the front desk lady asked for information so the manager could call back. When the manager called back, my daughter explained what was going on and if she could please clear things up, because I honestly didn't understand. When the my daughter asked if she was speaking to the manager, the lady responded "yes unfortunately" which gives me a better understand of how this practice is run! The manager gives my daughter the run around and asked to talk to me (after the lady had already given my daughter all the information) she says she can't talk to my daughter because she is not the patient! Then hangs up on her... Now the doctor was okay, but this is what happens with practices, you get staff like that, that ruin the doctors reputation. In my experience the front desk/assistant/ and especially the office manager is a reflection of the service you will receive. So that is what I have to say about this office, I honestly wish them well even though I was treating so poorly.

I've been a patient at this office for nearly 6 years. I mainly get routine cleanings, which have been great. Recently I broke an old crown. Dr. Welky was able to fit me into his schedule immediately. He fixed my problem and preserved the original root of the tooth that was affected. He performed the procedure without eliciting any pain or discomfort. As he was working on me he was describing what he was doing and educating me on the problem. His assistant was just as great and the staff couldn't be any more friendly. I highly recommend this office!!! Thanks for the great work!!!

Excellent staff and terrific dentist. He is funny, personable, and knows his stuff. Great "bedside manner " I had a cleaning from Meaghan and she was fantastic. Who can brag they love going to the dentist?

I only gave them a one star because they answered their phone. 6 weeks ago I went on their website and requested an appointment. I got a call a week and a half later and scheduled an appointment for October 15th at 1:30. They asked me for all my personal information and who my insurance was with and was all set for the appointment. I called them this morning just see if there was any cancellations in the morning and they said they don't even have me in their computer and that I don't have an appointment. I explained to them to please accommodate me since it took six weeks to make the appointment but they couldn't help me. Then I asked them to look for the next 5 weeks to squeeze me in on one of my days off and they couldn't accommodate me either. I won't be calling them again I think they have very bad customer service and is not concerned about a patient's time or concerns

I have been a patient of Dr. Welky's for several years. Dr. Welky has a tremendous amount of experience and wisdom and it shows. His office staff (front desk, hygienist) are friendly and accommodating. I have had nothing but a positive experience here. My family are now patients of Dr. Welky's and they are very happy with his office. I highly recommend Dr. Welky.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! Do not go to this dentist if you are in pain. I was recommended by a coworker who goes to this dentist so I decided to give him a try. First off, he tried shaming me for my fractured tooth and that I had let it go so long. (Just graduated, couldn't afford insurance until now) He wasn't sympathetic at all. Didn't give me anything for pain. I was told he had to squeeze me in and couldn't actually do anything to my tooth today!To top it off, this dentist actually circled the wrong tooth to be EXTRACTED!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I felt like he didn't care about my concerns at all.

I have been a patient of Dr. Welky's for several years. Dr. Welky has a tremendous amount of experience and wisdom and it shows. His office staff (front desk, hygienist) are friendly and accommodating. I have had nothing but a positive experience here. My family are now patients of Dr. Welky's and they are very happy with his office. I highly recommend Dr. Welky.
