Came as a patient while pregnant and although I was seen on time, the dentist himself was pretty callous. Months later after the insurance was processed, I was constantly harassed by someone in the office who stated that the dentist will sue me if I refuse to pay what's left. I asked them to verify that everything was billed and coded correctly and *crickets*. Rude, and very boldfaced practice.

We drove an hour to come here after them telling us on the phone they can solve the issue. When we showed up they they said they couldn't help us. What a joke. Go elsewhere even if you have to wait.

All the receptionists I talked seemed friendly and no ill will towards the dental assistants. However, this place has 0 respect for your time. The reviews about this place being overbooked are still 100% accurate. If you do choose to come here, be prepared to wait an indeterminate amount of time before you're ushered into the dental room. Then be prepared to wait another indeterminate amount of time before the dentist will actually see you. After waiting well over half an hour with no dentist in sight (for the second time!), I simply got up and left. If you were a patient and showed up over half an hour late to an appointment, you would not be allowed a visit. There's no reason why it should not be vice-versa. Definitely will not be going back again.

I went here for a few years and tolerated the office being overbooked, dirty and not so private due to them taking my insurance. Do not make my mistake. I started having tooth pain and Dr. Kessler informed me that I needed a tooth removed. He wouldn't tell me why, left the room and told me to book the extraction or go see somebody else. I did go see somebody else. To my horror not only did the tooth need to be removed but I had 9 cavities, severe bone loss and gum disease and a couple of my other teeth were starting to become loose which needed immediate surgery. Dr. Kessler told me for multiple visits that my teeth were fine, no cavities and that I just needed a deep clean and a bite guard. This is terrifying that a provider would be so negligent as to wait to let my teeth rot and then pull them out one by one. Had I continued here I would have lost many more. Beware of this place. The piles of boxes, the dirty rooms and the stoic staff are a complete reflection of the man at the helm.

Avoid this dentist. The practice is over-booked (too many patients at once), so there is zero privacy, and the office is filthy. I paid a lot of money for a crown on a tooth that had to be extracted a few months later.

My brother just came for cleaning and it took them 5 minutes...really? To tell you the truth...i expected better then that. Im madly surprised that they just let him go. If I went with him, that would not happen....i book the appointment with hygienist for cleaning, and doctor ook over. Always make sure a hygienist dose the cleaning. Valery is great hygienist btw and thats why i am mad that they didnt let her clean his teeth, or other hygienist as i asked for.....so mad!!!! Other wise office is nice.

My appointment was at 11 AM and I was not seen until 2:30. Everyone in the waiting room had to wait as long as me. The office clearly overbooked and had no regard for how delayed they were. The front desk was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I was finally seen to get my wisdom teeth removed, the doctor disregarded my complaints that the surgery was hurting me and I needed more numbing. The doctor also prescribed me antibiotics when I was already on similar antibiotics and never answered my call or called me back when I left a message asking about the antibiotics. WORST experience ever I do NOT recommend.

STAY AWAY!!!!! This place effen sucks. I made appointments here n when I call back to confirm few days b4 the appt they say I was never on the schedule. I never existed in their list. Then how I have it written on my paper that u gave me a date???? Like what? They are such an unorganized office. Every time they put you on hold n come back on the line they act like they don't know you.

The office is very badly run and the practice is more concerned with what insurance you have than you, as a patient. My last 6-month exam and cleaning was not done properly and did not uncover a cavity. That tooth then broke a couple months later. They refuse to do anything until the insurance is approved, which I have never seen anywhere else. Once the tooth brolke, they put in for insurance for a root canal. For some reason, my insurance denied it. So I asked them was there anything we could do till I could appeal or get the money together myself. I NEVER HEARD BACK. Now a month later, the gum under that tooth is swollen up and likely infected. They are now not answering the phone in the middle of the day. UPDATE: So they finally picked up the phone and asked me to come in. Dr Kessler railed on about money again and suggested that I either pull the tooth THAT DAY or think about it. He didn't do any of the protocol reqquired for a serious infection - properly examine my mouth or x-ray to see if the infection has spread or prescribe a course of antibiotics first before suggesting an extraction. Thank God, I decided not to pull it that day. Because I researched later. Extraction without clearing up an infection could've caused the infection to spread throughtout my mouth and body!! He also could have cleaned the tooth out to avoid the spread of infection with ozone gas or irrigation. But instead, because I didn't' have the money he wanted on the spot, he simply sent me home with a prescription for antibiotics and suggested a dental school. Placing concern with money over patient health is sloppy and unethical. Dr. Kessler is only ok if you have nothing wrong with your teeth, major insurance or your own money. I am appalled with this lack of caring about patients. It violates the Hippocratic oath. A good doctor or dentist finds a way to treat patients of every insurance level! And with me going there every six months for exams and cleaning, there never should have even been an untreated cavity that led to a broken tooth, need for a root canal and a serious infection!
