She graduated from the University of California in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree (BS) in Biochemistry. She earned her Doctorate in Dental Surgery (DDS) from the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1994. In 1996, Dr. Cai completed two additional years of training in the specialty of orthodontics. She then received her orthodontic certificate along with her Master of Science degree (MS) from Northwestern University. She is a current member of the following associations:
Dr. Cai has served as secretary/treasurer, vice president, and president of the Lower Columbia Dental Society. She regularly attends continuing education courses and meetings to keep updated with the latest and most advanced products and procedures.

On March 13, 2010, I married the man of my dreams, John Dean Fielding. I am a mother of three precious children, and along with my mother, Daphne, they have taught me many important things in life: surrendering all I have to Christ, selflessness, compassion, generosity and keeping the main thing, the main thing! They are my heroes!
Ive been employed by Dr. Cai since 1996. I love my job and the women I work with. Dr. Cai and the women she hires consider it an honor and a privilege to serve our community. It is truly a very positive place to be. For that, I am grateful to Dr. Cai and these women. After all, we spend countless hours together.
I am a very blessed woman of God. Ive experienced many challenges in my life, and I always come back to the same response: God is faithful!' My hope is to live each day as though it was an amazing gift from God that I shouldnt waste! I thoroughly enjoy serving each person who comes my way.
Hi, Im Leslie, and I live in LaCenter, Washington. I have two boys, Jared and Jacob. I decided to seek employment and was so lucky to find Dr. Cai. I cannot imagine finding a better place to work. What a group of girls, and we all truly love our patients! Anyone who knows me knows I like to talk.
Outside of work, my passions are snow skiing, jet skiing and camping. Basically, I am up for anything outdoors. Also, I love to volunteer in our community. If my day is not busy enough, you might find me on the street corner holding a Dont Forget to Vote sign. I have been blessed with a wonderful life.
I married the man of my dreams, Jay, in 1992, and we had our only son, Kaden, in 1998. I also have two grown step-children, and they each have their own families. In my time away from work, I like landscaping, shopping, cooking in my happy place (my kitchen) and trying new restaurants. As for family activities, we all enjoy camping and golfing.
Throughout the many years of working for Dr. Cai, she has played a huge, important role model and has been a loyal employer to her entire staff. I also appreciate how Dr. Cai takes each and every one of her patients with deep pride and sincerity. I have had the pleasure of living in Longview/Kelso my entire life. I am a 1993 graduate from Kelso High, and I married my husband, Tyson, in 2000. We have two beautiful daughters, Presley and Payton.
I knew in the eighth grade that I wanted to work in the dental field. I had always talked about dental hygiene, but landed a job sterilizing in orthodontics at the age of 19. Thankfully I was encouraged to try my skills as an orthodontic assistant and assisted for 17 years.
In 2012 I decided to work part-time so I could be more involved with our girls and their activities. My main focus at the office is billing insurance, but I still jump in and lend a hand assisting from time to time.
The friendships I am able to make with our patients and their families, seeing transformed smiles and the confidence that comes with that new smile are so rewarding. Welcome to our orthodontic family!
In my free time, I enjoy skiing, shopping, traveling and spending quality time with friends and family. Working here at Dr. Cais office has been exciting and so much fun. I have made great friends here and look forward to whats ahead for us.
