Dr Laura Zanelli is a graduate of Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston and holds a Doctor of Medical Dentistry DMD degree. She has been practicing on Long Island since 1995 and created Long Island Family Dental in 1999. Dr Zanelli is a member of the American Dental Association, The Dental Society of the State of New York, and the Suffolk County Dental Society and American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. I have been going to Dr. Zanelli for a couple of years ... Usually routine check ups and cleanings. She recently whitened my teeth for my upcoming wedding! I have had my teeth whitened professionally in the past and it is not usually a pleasant experience. Dr. Z changed that for me! She was SO kind and accommodating. She checked on my comfort level throughout the hour and a half I spent in the chair. She is amazing and my teeth are so incredibly gorgeous! My wedding guests are going to need to wear sunglasses to look at my new smile! I am so thankful for her and her wonderful staff! THANK YOU!

My kids and I have been going to this dentist for many years. They are literally the best - flexible hours, amazing staff, convenient location and they do awesome dental work - from the cleanings to the Crown work - they make us feel so comfortable and make a non fun time into a pleasant experience. 100% recommend Dr. Laura Zanelli and Staff.

There are not enough stars to grade Dr. Zanelli for her gentleness, compassionate, skillful, honorable and professionalism . Dr. Zanelli saved my tooth and avoid unnecessary extraction etc, she is not only beautiful inside and out, her ethical approach is beyond measurable. Sam the hygienist is very gentle as well , Sherry the office manager is extremely helpful and caring so is Esther at the front desk. I highly recommend Dr. Zanelli for all your dental cares , you will not be disappointed. Update : 8/12/22 just had my teeth cleaned by wonderful Sam and have Dr. Zanelli examined the tooth that has been bother me. I'm so grateful to Dr. Zanelli's gentle , caring approach to resolved my discomfort and her reassurance that I do not need to have procedure done. Dr. Zanelli is amazing and magical , I'm pain free now! Sherry the office manager and Esther are always so helpful and accommodating, best Dental office in LI.

I'm visiting Long Island for the summer, and started having intermittent mouth pain. I was trying to wait it out until I got back home, but the pain became so severe over the course of a few weeks that it became unbearable - nothing was touching it. Dr Zanelli's office fit me in for an emergency appointment, got me the antibiotics I needed right away, and accommodated my crazy work schedule to get my root canal done asap. Everyone I encountered there was warm and friendly, and educated me on everything they did. If I lived on Long Island, they would be my dentist! Highly recommend this office!

I went to Dr Zanelli yesterday for the 1st time. I read all of her reviews before making my decision and was not disappointed. The staff was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. I was going, to inquire about Invisalign. Everythng was explained to me in great detail. I felt very comfortable and was able to make my decision to go forward thanks to a great Dentist & staff.

Recently had a surgical extraction, bone graft, Membrane and an implant done by Dr. Krauss At Dr Zanelli's office. He did an excellent job and His work was painless. It took the fear out of me For having additional work done in the future.

I have a patient of dr Zanelli for 14 years and have had several different procedures. Today I had a crown expander surgery by dr Krauss and he was excellent as well. He eased my concerns and put me at ease explaining everything in detail I would highly recommend this practice
