I was still in grade school when I first thought that I wanted to be an orthodontist because of the amazing changes that I experienced while in orthodontic treatment. Not only did my teeth straighten, but I experienced improved self-confidence. The field of orthodontics continues to improve, offering exciting new methods to change teeth alignment and allowing me to help others.
I completed dental school at University of Missouri-Kansas City in 1994 and attended the University of Iowa for my specialty education, completing my Masters in Orthodontics in 1996. Since moving to West Michigan, I welcome my team and patients into my office, am involved with the community and organized dentistry. Although not a native to West Michigan, it is my home where my husband and I enjoy raising our two children while taking part in Michigans outdoor activities.
Being an active member of the above organizations, achieving Diplomate Board Certification and continuing the education of myself and my team helps serve our patients and their families. Welcome to my orthodontic practice!
Dr. Salameh was born and raised in Southeast, Michigan. She completed her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan in Dearborn prior to receiving her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. After graduating dental school, Dr. Salameh completed a General Practice Residency at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital in Queens. She then moved to Cincinnati, Ohio to practice general dentistry prior to pursuing a career in orthodontics. She completed a three-year specialty residency in Orthodontics at Albert Einstein College of Medicine/ Montefiore Medical Center in New York and subsequently became a board-certifiedorthodontist. Board certification is the highest level of academicachievementan orthodontist can obtain and is an achievement held by only 1 in 3 Orthodontists!
Dr. Salameh is excited to be back in Michigan where she can help create beautiful and healthy smiles in her home state. She is honored to be a part of such a rewarding profession because it allows her to be a creative, critical thinker while building meaningful relationships with her patients. When not aligning teeth, she enjoys spending time with her husband and baby boy Jude, traveling, interior decorating, exercising and enjoying the great outdoors!
Each of our staff members is an expert in their area of service. They work as a team with Dr. Fogle and our patients to achieve the best clinical results possible while creating a caring experience. Each attends continuing education courses to stay current with the latest techniques and clinical procedures available in orthodontics. Our office is also involved in charitable events benefiting our local community.
I was fortunate to join Dr. Fogles team in May 2008. It has been a great fit. My favorite part of my job is forming relationships with our patients and their families. Both my husband, Scott, and I have had orthodontic treatment with Dr. Fogle and love the results. I think my family is a perfect example of any age being a great age for orthodontic treatment!
When I'm not at the office, I can usually be found outside if the weather permits. I love to garden, swim, bike, and walk with my dog, Duke. I am a quilter, a reader, and I have a Pinterest list of things to do long enough for two more lifetimes. I have two adult children and a toddler granddaughter whom I adore and have a blast spoiling.
Life outside the practice includes spending time with my husband and two teen children which keep us busy with sports and school events. I am also involved in my church, enjoy gardening, swimming, sewing and fishing on our lake in the summer.
I have been dedicated to Dr. Fogles office since 2007. Working in the orthodontic field has been so rewarding. I have met some amazing people, and there's nothing like watching their smiles transform.

I am very pleased with Dr Salameh and her staff. They always give updates on my son's braces journey. They are very helpful with questions or if you have a bracket issue they are there to help and do it efficiently. I recommend you bringing you kids or yourself here.

We were in Grand Rapids for a week long tournament. The 3rd day there my daughter's retainer got bent and wasn't fitting correctly. We weren't going to be able to get back to our regular ortho for 3 weeks. I contacted Ortho Station and they were able to get us in same day. The staff was wonderful and polite. Got us in, Dr made some adjustments and made sure it fit properly before we left. So grateful she didn't have to go weeks without it, especially since she just got her braces off. Thanks again for getting us in and for the great communication!!

I am very pleased with Dr. Salameh and her staff. They are great with communicating future plans/goals about my daughters journey with braces and always update us on any changes that were made at the end of her appointments. I highly recommend bringing your kids or yourself here.

Our experience with Dr. Fogle has been easy and very pleasant. From day one, everything has be explained and communicated clearly - no surprises. They also have been very accommodating when there was an issue (a wire came loose), and was able to get my daughter in within a hour of calling them. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Fogle and staff. Both of my daughters feel very comfortable in their care.

Being an adult patient, I was nervous on my first visit to see Dr. Fogle. Dr. Fogle and her staff made me feel much more relaxed the second I walked back for my consultation. I am beyond pleased with the service done on my teeth. I had braces for about 2.5 years and never had a bracket break. They were able to work around my schedule anytime I needed a later appointment (being a school teacher). I was never disappointed leaving an appointment. Dr. Fogle wanted my teeth to be perfect. After having my braces removed, I could not believe the difference! I get so many compliments and my invisible retainer is AMAZING. People don't even notice it unless I point it out. They are the best I have seen. Dr. Fogle and her staff are very talented and treat you like family. Highly, highly recommend!

Having had a horrible experience with my orthodontist as a kid, it was important for me to find the right person for my kids. I believe Dr. Fogle is that person. Great service, very informative, quick results, and reasonable prices. I feel like we're getting honest and well-informed care from the early stages with the free consultations through to the care and upkeep of braces. We are not being sold on a plan because it's expensive or it's a new idea to try. Our kids are getting proven, reliable ways to get straight, even teeth for their looks and more importantly their teeth health and overall wellbeing.

Dr. Fogle and her staff are fantastic! She fixed all of the problems a previous doctor had created for my daughter. She treated my two other children and we are delighted with the results!
