Dr. Bracken is a graduate of Indiana University School of Dentistry, one of the best in the country. She has been a dentist for years and has been through several post graduate courses in different fields of dentistry since receiving her D.D.S. degree.
Her emphasis on patient comfort as well as keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in dentistry enable her to provide her patients with the best quality of care in the field. Dr. Bracken has a wide range of experience in different areas of dentistry, from cosmetic and restorative dentistry to surgical treatments and root canal treatments.

As I write this I could cry. I needed help asap. I didn't want to lose another tooth. Someone called off and the team at Dr Bracken's office called and got me in that day. Never been there before and took me in as if I had been a patient there for years. Dr Bracken did an unexpected root canal for me. Didn't hesitate. She really cares! I mean really cares. She knew I needed this procedure bad and she helped save my tooth. Her team? Exceptional! You can tell they love their job and I know why. They have a great Dr to work with and they all act like family. Best of all, they treat you with compassion. My son has cavity and tried to make an appointment but they look child from age of 3 but only cleaning... If you have kids they might not able to fix kids teeth:(

this office is focused primarily on procedures like crowns, implants...no efforts spent on educating patient on preventive maintenance. Recently,I visited another dentist for 2nd opinion for implant procedure recommended by this office since 3 years for my existing crown and new dentist emphasized on using water flosser with mouthwash clean the tooth and gum area, to extend the life of the tooth without having to go with implant right now. I see significant improvement on the crown tooth and hopefully, I can maintain this for long run. I expect these suggestions coming from this dentist, with whom I have been patient for more than 10 years, what is the use of paying dental visits every 4 months with no valuable recommendations? no customer value delivered. I wish I was able to switch new dentist 3 years ago and avoid mental pressure and emotions...thanks to my new dentist.

The worst dentist I've ever met. Dr Bracken was too rough on me. Refuse to write down what she said (I'm deaf) but the nurse there was so sweet and she had to apologize for the Dr's behavior. I would not go back ever again.

From a warm greeting coming in the door, the checking in process electronically was easy and fast. Friendly Daisy(associate) and Ken (hygienist) worked well as a team getting my history & pertinent x-rays covered. Dr. Bracken is a friendly, professional and very organized dentist. Scheduling out my next appointment(s) was fast. Impressed with office facility and entire staff. Looks like a well oiled machine. Smooth operation. They all made me feel very comfortable!

I have spent tens of thousands of dollars out of pocket here. I went in last week and Dr Bracken did not even say hello when she walked into the room. She has the worst bed side manner I have ever witnessed. I called her out on it. She didn't care

This place is awesome. It was my first time there to get dentures. I picked them by looking at their reviews. I walked in to a beautiful office and saw nothing but smiling faces. Many places you go to they will look at you and wait till you get to the receptionist and not really greet you and that's OK. Its just that at this office you feel welcome instead of being just another client coming through the door. Every person you come in contact with was friendly, professional and upbeat. The assistants were very kind and took plenty of time explaining everything very well. The doctor was such a sweet young lady and didn't once embarrass me about the awful shape my teeth are in. I look forward to my new dentures knowing they will be beautiful and work with me until I am 100% happy with the fit and able to smile again. Thank you all very much!!!
