I went to Dr. Dunford years ago when I lived in Cape Coral, it was the most relaxing, professional, friendly experience that was never forgotten. I moved back in 2017, since then I've gone on a Medicare plan that doesn't cover much but I'll be signing up with Aetna PPO in October through JCPenney and praying they accept that insurance because I would surely like to visit Waterside Dental on a regular basis. Facing the water while being worked on was the most beautiful and relaxing experience ever. Something I've never forgotten. I can't wait to come back.

If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Dr.Dunford is not only condescending, he is far from talented. He ground on my teeth without my permission. I immediately said for him to stop. He threw up his hands and told his assistant I was not a cooperative patient. Incredibly, he did it again!! The teeth he ground on are now hurting. Does he damage your teeth and then "fix" them for you? He then went on to lie about my new prosthesis, that it was okay if it didn't fit properly. He said it could be adjusted. This is not true. I will repeat spending thousands of dollars with a new dentist to have the work done properly. There has been no offer from Dr.Dunford to return my money. After Dr.Dunford ruins your teeth and does horrible work, your wallett will be empty, your teeth will be aching and he certainly doesn't care. Do your research and don't be impressed with the glowing biography on his website regarding him and the practice. He is very untalented, rude, condescending and you will regret you ever met him.

As soon as I spoke with Stephanie, I knew that this was going to be a great experience...I was correct! Everyone was ever so accommodating, they easily demonstrated that I was a VIP to them, and Dr. Dunford continuously reminded me at each visit! My treatment had to be extended, because of certain challenges, however this A team, led by Dr. Dunford came in on their day off to ensure that I was able to fly home the following day. Dr. Dunford even followed up with a call to ensure that all was well! I shall be ever grateful to the entire team at Waterside Aesthetic Dentistry, including the delightful Dawn at the front desk, for my bright smile. God bless!

I had a cap put on my front tooth and when it was all done it looked so beautiful with perfect color and size too! I Think they said it would last around 5 years or so and that was 10 years ago and I'm still smiling with my pretty teeth! I would highly recommend Dr. Dunford to anyone. He fixed my broken smile so I know he can fix yours too! God bless. Thanks again Dr. Dunford!

Dr. Dunford and his staff are so professional and I highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of extensive dental procedures. Will be rather brief. TOP NOTCH Dentist. Have been a patient of him, for almost 10 years..? Staff, always super efficient, gracious, gentle, and kind.. Thank you a ZILLION! Dr. Dunford and Staff :)!!! and...en 'resumen personal"...llevo 25 anos + de experiencia de enfermera, trabajando en un Hospital en el Departmento de Med/Surg. I can't say enough in words of my wonderful experience of the amazing work that Dr. Dunford and his complete super staff did for my upper one piece 12 unit Zirconia bridge. I went to Dr. Dunford back in Feb. of 2019 after having extensive bone graft and 9 upper implants. I went to 6 Prosthodontist Dentist that said that my need of a upper bridge was too complicated -and of the 6 Prosthodontist 2 took on my case but with pathetic and failed results. Dr. Dunford explained that his standards for cases like mine was merely to do 12 or more extensive visits before ever sending it out to a lab, thus making the 12 unit in a one piece bridge would be extremely precise and not relying on the lab to the task of trying to make the unit with only 2 or more visits of preliminary work-as was done with the other 2 dentist that failed. I am so pleased with the aesthetics and the functionality -as it feels like a clone to what I once had of my original teeth that were destroyed while I was in the Military. Each and every visit with Dr. Dunford and his wonderful staff was truly enjoyable, and not one time did I ever see more than 3 patients in the waiting lounge-as his policy was not to overbook patients thus giving him and his staff a more enjoyable working environment . I was also amazed that Dr. Dunford does 95 percent (Doctor To Patient work especially with critical issues) I am going to stop here by saying "sometimes you win a few- and sometimes you lose a few'' (And Boy Did I Win This Time !)

Dr. Dunford is an excellent, skilled dentist who listens to your exact feedback and symptoms. I recommend patients to him all the time. He will not take the easy, quick fix to your problem; he takes the caring, long term solution that is best for your health.

I was referred to Waterside Aesthetic Dentistry by my mom after having multiple bad experiences with dentist before. Boy am I glad I listened to her and started coming here! Everyone who works in the office is always so nice and friendly to me. Prior to coming here, I had seen a dentist who told me all the work I had in my mouth was wrong and redid all of my fillings because they just wanted my money. But I felt the complete opposite when I met Dr. Dunford, I could tell he actually cared about what he did. We did the work that was necessary, and he communicated everything to me through the appointment. I've been back a few times for my cleanings and regular exams since my initial appointment and I can tell you I would recommend this office to everyone. Dr. Dunford is such an awesome dentist. Jessica is always smiling and so easy to talk to at the desk or when you call the office. And of course I can't forget Christine! She is so gentle, sweet, and such a pleasure to have as a Dental Hygienist. I love that you really feel like a person here, they really take their time with you. You're not just another number to them.I went from being terrified of the dentist to looking forward to my visits!! So thankful for this office & the team that work here! :)

This guy is a joke extremely rude has absolutely no common sense whatsoever his work doesn't hold and he had the nerve to talk about a former patient of his compairing there mouth to a bulldog I wish i could give zero stars. Also look up his reviews on ripoff report

What a huge and comforting difference ! After years with another dentistry I was referred to Dr Larry Dunford. On my first visit, a consultation, I felt great just walking into his dental office building. It was immediately clear that he has a genuinely great staff. Huge difference from the previous place. The staff is beautiful, warm and very professional. The premises are very attractive. Dr Dunford is fabulous, personable with good humor. I was immediately very comfortable sitting in his chair. He shows great expertise and knows how to clearly explain the issues. At the end of the consultation he formulated a plan forward with defined options for me to decide which way to go, with precise information on the pluses and minuses, if and where there are any. I had my 2nd visit earlier today. It's amazing, he just personally called me at 826pm to make sure I was doing OK after an invasive procedure mid-afternoon. After having been in great hands with a dentist in NYC for a very long time, then a few years at a so-so dental office group in Cape Coral, I now know that I am again in best hands in Cape Coral with Dr Dunford and his excellent staff. I really feel lucky that my wife and I have found him. There is lots of work to be done on me. I was not comfortable with the plan put forth by the previous dental office. I am totally comfortable with Dr Dunford's plan and am looking forward to be his patient for as long as I need his expert care. Incredibly, going to the Dentist now is fun again !
