I was a patient with Dr. Bleier for gum issue during COVID. Dr. Bleier's treatment was very efficient and I loved his technique. But the front desk lady Nancy was absolutely rude and unprofessional but not answering my phone and refusing to schedule me. I missed 2 appointment not willingly. First time I told her in the phone call that I was traveling, and she said it was fine to see the doctor. So I drove 1 hour (I live in Ithaca) down to his office and when someone was checking me in I told them again I was traveling and that person said I wasn't allowed to come in (I said I called and that person said it's fine, but the person said they are sorry but can't let me in). I had to drive back for 1 hour. Second time my roommate was tested positive for COVID and I called immediately the office to let them know I need to be quarantined for 2 weeks and they said I could schedule later. After I got cleared and I got vaccines, (I know Dr. Bleier with older age he wants to make sure patients are careful and I wanted to create a safe environment for the doctor) I called them again and the front desk lady Nancy won't schedule me again because I "cancelled" 2 of my appointment. I'm an Asian college student and I feel very offended and discriminated. I tried to call them again, but the front desk lady Nancy just pretended she couldn't hear me and hang up. I now can't connect to their office anymore. Oh BEST OF ALL, they actually conducted a fraud and over-charged me for around 900 bucks. Check your claims before they can rip you off!

Beyond rude. Better off taking a drive to another town, no matter how far you have to drive

I prefer conservative care and Dr. Bleier is honest and straight forward about what is going on with your periodontal health, I love that about the office. I appreciate that my gum recession was explained to me in a way that was easy for me to understand. Now I have a customized hygiene routine that is specific to my oral health needs. My favorite part about going to this office is that they actually physically show and teach you how to brush and floss properly, and they spend the time to work with you until you are confident in what you're doing! I know I'll have my own natural teeth for life thanks to all of the great care and education I have received at Dr. Bleier's office! I would recommend this office to anyone who wants honest quality care!

I have been a patient for 30 years and thank God I came to this office.Dr Bleier saved my teeth without all this talk about extractions, partials or bridges. Common sense dentistry.i am now 65 years old and have my own natural teeth. His hygiene team is the best at explaining everything. He uses minimal invasive procedures to avoid unnecessary surgery or lasers.

Awful place, took 3000 dollars wanted more and never did any work. Charged me 400 dollars for cleaning where I could pay 80 dollars my dentist. Hard to understand and very rude and uneducated assistant. Don't go there, save money!

Great periodontist. A friend of mine got work done here & recomended him to me, he's knowledgeable & pointed out some work missed by my previous dentist. As for the low rated LL review, if you don't understand something that's being done to you, ask lots of questions until you're comfortable and in 100% agreement with the procedure.
