Dr. Lance Osborne, DDS graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in Chemistry and minor in Physics. In 2000, he graduated from the University of Tennessee at Memphis with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery. Dr. Osborne regularly attends the prestigious Spear Education Center in Scottsdale, AZ to stay up-to-date on developing technology and advancements in dentistry.
Lance and his wife, Katrina, live in Fayetteville with their three children, Caleb, Kinley and Ashton. In his free time he enjoys hanging out with his family, attending the kids sporting events, Razorback Baseball, and is also an avid sportsman who enjoys hunting and fishing. Beyond staying active with his family, Lance frequently runs on the Razorback Greenway Trail and completed five marathons, including the 2013 Boston Marathon.

Not one that likes the dentist, however Dr Osborne and the staff made me feel comfortable and made the financial side a breeze. Would highly recommend to family and friends.

Just relocated and needed a chipped tooth repaired. Got an appointment within a week, day of was timely, staff and Dr. Osborne were great. I have found my new dentist.

My family and I have been using Dr. Osborne's dental services for about 4 years now. Pleasant experience overall, very courteous and knowledgeable dentist, professional dental hygienists, super friendly and supportive staff. I've recommended this practice to many of my friends and colleagues.

I started out seeing Dr. Osborne and had such a great experience, then my husband, and now my two young daughters. Dr. Osborne is someone we can trust. I truly appreciate his conservative approach with our family. He is truly the best dentist I've ever been to see. I also want to thank Kara for being so patient and kind with my daughters. I have been using Dr.Osborne the past 4 years while attending the university, and sad to being moving away from his practice. The whole facility is top notch from the front desk, to hygienists, to Dr.Osborne. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist, and ask for Angie she is the best hygienist I have ever had.

I have been going to Lance Osborne Dentistry for some time now, and the experience has ALWAYS been great. Of the handful of dentists I've tried in Fayetteville, LOD is the absolute best in service. Not only that, but they are so gentle when cleaning my teeth. I never leave in pain from a cleaning, which is something I can't say about the other dentists I've tried. HIGHLY recommend!

Dr. Osborne is the best! I've been a patient of his for about 5 years now and have always had nothing but great experiences. Him and his staff are so friendly and truly care about their patients. Before my most recent appointment - Dr. Osborne and two of his assistants came out and helped push my car through the snow when I was stuck at the entrance. Always going above and beyond!
