Dr. Kuljis graduated from the University of Marquette. His father was a general surgeon in a small Midwest town, so from a young age, he was influenced by the kind bedside care his father showed with his patients. Dr. Kuljis continues his fathers compassionate regard for his patients. Dr. Kuljis is known by his patients for his conservative treatments and knowledgeable options.
He is an avid gardener, and you will often find Dr. Kuljis attending to his lawn. His new hobby is growing grapes in the hopes of producing wine. He is a fan of basketball and, of course, the Denver Nuggets. During the winter, he skis with his family and plays paddle tennis. During the summer, he switches to his tennis racquet. He loves the adventure of travel, enjoying the cultures of people, food, countryside and architecture.
Dr. Kuljis finds pleasure in maintaining his knowledge, whether it be in dentistry, medicine, gardening, how-to home projects, sports, finances, restaurants or the latest things his grown kids are into, by reading newspapers and journals. Dr. Kuljis attends dental forums to keep him abreast of the latest technology and dental findings. He is a member of the American Dental Association and the Colorado Dental Association.
Originally from Sydney, Australia, and of Asian descent, Lina moved to Denver for an opportunity to work overseas when she met her husband, Dr. Kuljis. Lina has been balancing working part time with Dr. Kuljis. She manages the practice, from assisting in the front office when employees are on leave, to HR and insurance payments. In recent years, as their have children have grown, Lina has had more time to improve her tennis game in the hopes of beating her husband one day in singles. During the winter, she has become an avid paddle tennis player. One of Linas greatest passions is cooking family meals and finding delicious foods, whether it be in Denver, Sydney, or on trips with Dr. Kuljis and family.
Sara has been working with Dr. Kuljis since 2000. She has a bachelors degree in computer science and is originally from the Midwest. Sara immediately puts patients at ease with her warm welcome and familiarity. She is instrumental in helping patients understand their treatments and sharing her discussions with Dr Kuljis. Sara is our insurance benefits guru and trouble shooter. Outside the practice, she likes to volunteer at animal shelters, and during the summer, she grows some awesome vegetables in her garden.
Lee Ann has been with Dr. Kuljis since 2001. She worked closely with Dr. Kuljis as our Senior EDDA for many years until late 2020. It was the best move for both Lee Ann and our practice. When patients call, they can rest assured that Lee Anns depth of knowledge and experience comforts patietnts with their dental concerns. Lee Ann works closely with our dental hygienists to schedule hygiene recalls and treatment. Occasionally, you will still find Lee Ann assisting Dr. Kuljis. Lee Ann likes to read, walk her dog and go shopping.
Our latest addition, Brenda, brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. She has been practicing dentistry since 1992. Like Dr. Kuljis, Brenda has a good bedside manner, making patients feel they are in good hands. Brenda fits in perfectly with our practice and joins in the laughter of our patients and coworkers. She graduated from Pueblo Community College. Outside of work, Brenda enjoys reading and chalk painting. You might also catch sight of her on her Harley with her husband of 35 years.
Ruzanna joined our team 2020. She graduated from the Concord Career College hygiene program in 2017. Ruzanna believes that our patients who have been coming to see Dr. Kuljis over the years are awesome, and she strives to create a positive and memorable experience with each patient. She brings knowledge and experience from working as temporary hygienist at a different practice before joining our team. We are fortunate that she calls our practice her work home.
Courtney has been with Dr. Kuljis since 2016. She attended and graduated from the Everest College dental assistant school in 2013. Courtneys goal is to make patients feel comfortable during their procedures and to alleviate their fears with her bedside manner. Patients feel confident with her care. Courtney loves being mom to her young daughter.
Rachel has been assisting Dr. Kuljis since 2017, after graduating from PIMA medical institute and completing her internship. Rachel brings professionalism and genuine care to our patients. She strives to build each patients confidence in dentistry so they can feel proud of their oral health improvement. Rachel keeps herself busy with her fur babies at home. Given the outdoor opportunities in Colorado, she enjoys camping, hiking and fishing.
Kaitlynn recently completed our dental assistant team. She is an incredible and valuable team player behind the scenes, assisting with hygiene, helping out in the front office and keeping everything running smoothly in the operatories. She also assists Dr. Kuljis on procedures with patients. Kaitlynn is a new mom, and she likes spending playtime with her baby and going shopping.

Lots to say. 1. Sara up front is probably the only reason I stuck around as many years as I did. She's amazing. 2. Brenda is a great technician (: That being said, I've had so many issues here. I used to refer people for years because I liked Dr. Kuljis, but I no longer do any of that. Not only did they promise gift cards for referrals and never follow through, but more than once they billed my insurance in place of my mom's or sister's or vice versa even though we all have different last names. My sister finally had the brains to move on while I stayed and kept thinking things would get better. Sara and Brenda are great, but the office doesn't seem to be well run or organized so for that I would not recommend them. The three stars are for the support staff who takes the time to know you and cares about you.

Great office and staff. New patient recommended by a coworker, really enjoyed my experience; Dr K doesn't try to upsell you on unnecessary procedures, he lets you know what needs to be done, what can be done down the road, and what to just look out for.

I've been going to see Dr. Kuljis for more than 7 years. As I've gotten older and become an official teeth grinder, I received my first crown here and root canal. Dr. Kuljis and team were very thorough during each cleaning and procedure. They walked me through in what to expect in every process, and called to check-up on me as needed. The front office has also been very understanding and friendly. Thankful to have a dentist I can trust and rely on!

First time patient. I bought a groupon and redeemed it. They were pretty busy and booked out but the front staff was able to book me on the same day as I called since there was a cancellation. The office was easy to find. Easy check in, hardly no wait time. Roseann brought be back, took x-rays, cleaned my teeth. Her attention to detail was more than I ever expected from a dentist office. Dr. Kuljis seemed like a down to earth kind of guy, what you see if what you get. Didn't use words that seemed to go over my head, took the time to answered my questions and laid out a game plan for the future of my dental care. Overall, I am very satisfied with my services of Dr. L.M. Kuljis.

I actually hate this place.... but not because of the doctor, staff, setting or location, which are ALL 5 stars! I've just had a run of bad luck as far as my teeth are concerned. Sarah & Leann at the front desk are FABULOUS, the staff is friendly, and the doctor really cares about his patients. Here's to only seeing them a couple times a year

I recently found this office on Groupon and decided to try it out. Not only was the deal a great value but it was one of the best dentist experiences I've ever had. Brenda called me in and did my cleaning, she was so nice and I enjoyed the conversation during the appointment. She did a great job and when I left, my mouth felt so much better. The doctor was very nice as well. He took the time to answer all my questions and concerns and even helped me with a small chip I had in my front tooth. I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

I really don't want to write this review but feel like I really have to, unfortunately. Horribly unprofessional and rude front desk staff. I also recently begged my wife to try them out and get a basic cleaning for the first time, and the hygienist working on her was extremely rude, disrespectful, and impatient. I've been coming to this office for years now and I was always warned by family and friends the same problems mentioned. Always trying to convince me to go elsewhere but foolishly I stuck around, I should've listened to them a long time ago. I recently got a cleaning and the doc wasn't there to check the problems I had at the time. So I was forced to come 2 months later to get checked up by him. They sent me a confirmation 4 days before my appointment date, however I missed my appointment due to contracting Covid. The receptionist then calls me later and tells me I had an appointment earlier that I missed, followed by judgmentally telling me she doesn't appreciate me not coming, completely disregarding my apology and my mentioning I had Covid. I'm sorry but the last thing on my mind is a dental appointment when my family and I are sick with Covid. More important things to worry about, like the safety of my family. Good luck to dr. Kuljis and his office but it seems like his staff has a lot of work to do, especially after reading a lot of their current reviews.

Dr. Kuljis is an excellent and very practical dentist. All of his staff from the front desk to hygienists and assistants are A+ too. I've been a patient for 30 years and have had cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals and veneers at their hands. You can find no better care or people to work on your mouth!

My dental hygienist is the best! I appreciate how she explains everything before she does it. She is always careful not to hurt me. And she makes a dentist visit an enjoyable experience.They have the most advanced equipment which makes me feel more confident than other dentists I've been to previously. And Dr Kuljis is Awesome! I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

My whole family and I have been enjoying Dr. Kuljis' services for years. In early 2000s I was looking for a second opinion on a required dental procedure for my wife - our then-dentist recommended a complex and expensive procedure, and we had some doubts... I found Dr. Kuljis' office near by in Denver's Tech Center. After examining my wife, not only Dr. Kuljis proposed a much simpler and cheaper solution, he performed it right away... Since then Dr. Kuljis became our family dentist, for both adults and kids, and we recommended him to all of our extended family and friends. About 6 years ago, on a week-end, my wife had a terrible fall from a bike and landed face-first on a concrete curb, her front teeth were heavily impacted and dislocated, she was in shock... We called Dr. Kuljis and he dropped his precious gardening and admitted us in his office in 10 minutes... Dr. Kuljis was able to put my wife's teeth back in place, - which, in order to work, had to be done right away after the trauma, - and they have been fine ever since... My wife and I are very grateful to Dr. Kuljis for that... Dr.Kujis is a great specialist and he and his office staff are always ready to help and go out of their ways to accommodate our busy schedules...

I have been a patient of Dr Kuljis for years, it has always been a good experience - other than the toothache of course - knowing that he and his staff will take care of me and fix any problem. Everyone is so friendly and helpful with making appointments, billing, and taking care of my teeth. Great job.
