I hadn't been into this office in recent years and found out they take my Cigna Dental Insurance so went for a quote! I had a previous quote of $2500 min. and up to $11,000 from Cigna recommended Dentist. I got two fillings and a cleaning all covered by Cigna at no additional charge. I highly recommend Kyle and his full staff!

Dr. Hilgers is the only dentist I trust with my teeth. Kyle is the man and he's never tried selling me on something I don't need. He has always taken great care of me and I would recommend his dentistry to everyone. Coach Kyle is the goat!

I'm very frustrated with how uncaring the front staff is at this office. They are short on patience and are in no way informative or easy to work with. It was extremely difficult to get a treatment plan from the front and I left feeling like the front desk could care less about the people they interact with. I was told by the staff their equipment was broken and the reason why they couldn't provide the results after my appointment was because they were busy working with other customers very unprofessional. I won't be coming here again.

IT STARTED AS A VERY GOOD VISIT! THE DENTAL ASSOCIATES DOING XRAY EXAMS WAS TERRIFIC ! AND SO WAS THE DOCTOR! BUT UNFORTUNATELY THE LADY DOING MY ESTIMATE WAS NOT ! SHE WAS SOME WHAT RUDE WHEN I CALLED AND ASKED ABOUT A TOTAL BECAUSE I DIDN'T UNDERSTAND IT ! I WON'T BE GOING BACK BECAUSE I WAS TOLD THAT NOTHING WAS COVERED UNDER MY CIGNA PLAN !! YET CIGNA SAYS THEY ARE WRONG ! THE BILLING LADY WAS JUST PLAIN RUDE ! NOT PLEASANT AT ALL! SHE JUST TOLD ME MY INSURANCE COVERS NOTHING! YET WHEN I GOT THERE THEY ALSO HAD ME SCHEDULED FOR A CLEANING! THE ESTIMATE WAS $5000 .. WON'T BE GOING BACK !

I LOVE Dr. Hilgers!! He is the most kind, gentle dentist I've ever seen. I had some horrible, traumatizing experiences with a dentist when I was a young adult. I'm such a woos when it comes to the dentist because of this experience. Dr. Hilgers has changed my perspective on dentists because of his kind, gentle nature. His whole staff is fantastic. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Hilgers and his staff.

I have been coming to Dr. Hilgers for many years. I have to say I am grateful to have him as my dentist as going to the dentist is never pleasant physically or financially. He also has a great staff. I highly recommend.

Been going here for years, I have always had a great experience. They've always treated me with respect and done a great job whether it's Robin the dental hygienist, or Dr. Hilger's or Dale his asst. when I need something other than cleaning, to Sarah who schedules my appointments. They are the best!
