Usually my visits are pleasant and staff is nice and it's smooth sailing. My last visit the vacuum did not work and I left. They should have tested the flakey machine before I got there.

Dr Miles and her staff are very kind and caring persons. In addition, Dr Miles and her assistant "O" have done 4 extractions and implant posts. Each time I have not felt any pain during the tooth removal and post preparation process.

Dr. Miles and her staff are wonderful. Her staff a courteous and helpful. Dr. Miles did a thorough exam, explained my condition and how it developed and presented a treatment plan to restore my oral health. I couldn't be more pleased.

For years my hygienist mentioned that I had red spots inside my mouth on my gums every time she cleaned my teeth. I have the Crest Syndrome and that is a sign of Talinglactasia. Some of the veins in my mouth are close to the surface. My gums would bleed and I thought I had gingivitis. A new dentist referred me to Dr. Krystal Miles, periodontist. It wasn't gingivitis. Dr. Miles suggested a laser treatment. I thought the treatment would be financially prohibitive but it was inexpensive. It is a miracle that my gums are no longer bleeding. It is a miracle. Dr. Miles and her staff treat you like family.

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Miles and her staff. They are friendly and caring. Dr. Miles and her staff communicated with me and made sure to be transparent about my teeth and all dental care. I will say I had a unique experience with clear communication that many other offices do not offer the same way. I recommend anyone to come to her office.

Friendly staff from the moment I entered the office to the second I checked out. Everyone was incredibly helpful and as someone who has an incredibly fear of the dentist. It was the most positive experience I've ever had. Thanks to all the staff!
