Dr. Zarrinnia has had extensive clinical experience as an orthodontist for more than 20 years. He has a conservative approach and believes in orthodontic treatment through growth correction. He has made several valuable contributions to orthodontic research. While an active member at Saint Christopher's Hospital in Pennsylvania, he treated many newborn babies requiring orthodontic treatment.
Many of the articles he has written have been published in highly respected orthodontic journals. (We refer you to Dr. Zarrinnia's most recent publication in the Dental Dimensions, Summer and Fall of 2008).
Dr. Zarrinnia is the former Chairman of the Department of Orthodontics, Temple University. He completed his resident training at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, and completed his orthodontic training and a Master of Science at Northwestern University. He received his D.M.D. degree from Temple University.

Dr. Zarrinnia is the nicest doctor you will ever meet. He is so caring about his patients and will do anything possible to have you a better smile. The assistants are all so amazing and each of them have such a fun personality to talk to. An amazing office.

I called to ask if they accepted my insurance, the lady hang up the phone on me. Then I called again she put me on hold for at least 10min until I hang up. Worst service ever !!

If you're looking for an orthodontist, or invisalign, this is the best doctor you will find in the area. Zarrinia is not only a kind man, but he truly looks out for you. When I got invisalign, he actually called my dentist and periodontist to ensure that they all agreed on the best plan for my teeth. And while having invisalign, he takes very close care to make sure things are in position, and will file in between your teeth if necessary (don't worry, it doesn't hurt at all). He's just a very caring guy. Don't get the online teeth straighteners, go to a true professional that really looks out for your interest. Thank you Dr. Zarinnia, I am truly happy with the outcome!!

UNBELEIVABLE experience...all 3 kids had braces for a number of years , the price was very competitive and the staff in the office is very nice and accommodating. The doctor is very savvy and and has an extremely conservative approach is his treatment plan. My children have beautiful smiles for the rest of their lives . *HIGHLY RECOMMENDED* Dr. Zarrinia is a very kind and reliable doctor who makes sure that you are happy throughout the process. Also, he has the best staff working in his office with a great knowledge and skills. Moreover, he has all the imaging facilities in his office so there's no need to go to different offices during the process. I have visited several orthodontists since I was a child and I was told that I need a surgery in order to have a good smile which scared me and hold me back from starting my process. Dr. Zarrinia started working on my teeth two years ago and he did a very good job with bringing out the best smile out of me without having a surgery!
