Dr. Gromov is a 2014 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Perio-Prosthesis Program. He has been in private practice for more than 10 years before the residency program in Philadelphia, PA. Dr. Gromov has over 20 years of ClinicalDentalexperience and he has a passion for making beautiful smiles.
Holding both degrees in Periodontics and Fixed Prosthodontics allows Dr. Gromov to bring the expectations of patients and restorative colleagues to a new level of interdisciplinary approach and highly predictable esthetic clinical results.
Dr. Gromov is an expert in full dental arch smile makeovers and mastered many techniques tailored to the needs of each patient, including many factors and nuances. Dr. Gromov provided an excellent experience. After having had a previous experience that was not ideal, I was reluctant to find a new periodontist that I could trust. Dr. Gromov took the time to explain the details of what my treatment plan was and the "why behind the what". The most important he has an easy touch. Very kind staff, extremely helpful with any and all questions I had. Great job!

My experience searching for the right periodontist was one that was fraught with challenges and obstacles...until I was lucky enough to find Dr. Gromov. Not only was his work impeccable but he was friendly, reassuring, and engaging every step of the way. His staff was extremely responsive, courteous, and professional and made the experience a positive one throughout the scheduling process as well as while having the actual work done. Dr Gromov and his team are the best! The Implant procedure was fast and painless- I went right back to work after it was done. I was worried about the healing time, but even the next day after procedure I had no pain and no swelling of any kind! Did not need a single painkiller! Thank you Dr Gromov!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Gromov and his team. I procrastinated getting implants for many years but finally decided to pull the plug. The procedure was seamless and painless. It's been 5 months, my jaw healed well and the implants are here to stay!

The whole office staff was super friendly and welcoming. The front waiting area is beautiful. Dr. Gromov is a super great guy, molar extraction was done super fast with no extra stress!!! His assistant Anita was lovely and super patient with my severe dental anxiety, and explained all of the post operative instructions. Bianca at the front desk was so nice and made me feel really at ease when I was making my appointment and reassured me that it would be over super fast. I can't recommend this place enough!!
