We were happy to welcome John to our practice in September of 2016. A South Bend native, John has worked in the dental field since 2011 and brings with him extended experience with business, finance and insurance. John works with many insurance companies coordinating benefits for our patients. Johnsfavorite part of his job is the opportunity to help as many people as possible. Outside of work, John enjoys exercising and running, camping, and spending as much time as possible with his wife, Son, and two puppiesnamed Ellie and Cali.
Helene has been a dental hygienist since 1980 and joined our practice in 2001. Following her graduation from Saint Basil Academy in Garrison, New York Helene went on to continue her education at Indiana University and Kalamazoo Valley Community College. She and her husband Paul married in 1980 and have two children. Their son Paul lives in Auburn, Alabama with his wife Lindsay and granddaughter Eleni. Paul and Lindsay are both professors at Auburn University. Helenes daughter Anthea is a dentist and has a practice in Chicago.
Voncile is from Harlingen, Texas and has almost 15 years of experience as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant. Voncile has been a wonderful addition to our practice since she started here in October of 2014. She says the best thing about her job is helping a patient improve the health and beauty of their teeth so that they have the confidence to show off their smile. Voncile has two daughters and two sons. One of her favorite things to do is dance. Voncile instructs and choreographs a hip-hop fitness class three times a week, and she loves to stay active.
Tammy has been a vital member of our team since 1994 and loves the relationships we establish with our patients. One of her favorite things about being a hygienist is the opportunity to teach our patients about modern dentistry, especially how the technology of today improves their comfort. She is well-known by all of our patients for her excellent communication skills. Tammy earned her degree at Indiana University and has received her certification in CPR as well. She has been married since August 1994 and together, she and her husband have two daughters, Olivia and Madison, and one dog, Bella. In her free time, Tammy enjoys watching her children perform at school events.
Jen joined our dental practice in 2009. A graduate of Indiana University South Bend. Jen married in 1998 and has two daughters. Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her family and watching her girls play soccer.
