Dr. Voges was born and raised in her hometown of San Antonio. After attending John Marshall High School, she received her Bachelors degree in Biology and Chemistry from St. Marys University.Dr. Kim Voges graduated from the renowned University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1996 as a Doctor of Dental Surgery. During the following year, Dr. Voges opened her private practice in her hometown, aiming to make a positive impact in the lives of her patients.
As the years went on, Dr. Voges has developed a multi-specialty dental practice. In doing so, she offers technology-driven comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She lives by her motto every day -Live life to the fullest and make a difference along the way.'
When shes not providing oral care, you can often find Dr. Voges enjoying the outdoors. Whether its yard work or a beach day, youll find her having fun in the sun. Her second passion is cooking; Friday nights spent trying a new recipe and a new bottle of wine with friends and family. Lastly, Dr. Voges is a dog mom of a very handsome bulldog named Bo.
Prior to dental school, Dr. Grace Zhang earned a doctorate in Neuroscience from University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. She was introduced to and became interested in dentistry through her research in pathways of pain transduction and pain management. She attended Rutgers School of Dental Medicine in New Jersey and returned to San Antonio to practice dentistry with Dr. Voges as an Associate Dentist. Dr. Zhang is committed to providing the highest standard of care to the community. She values education and is passionate about using her knowledge and the latest technology to create beautiful and healthy smiles for our patients.
Our office manager, Lizette, always has a smile on her face and a kind word for every patient. Shell tell you that the most rewarding part of her job is making sure that every visitor to our office has the best possible experience. Lizette is passionate about making sure our front office provides quality assistance and service from check-in to check-out. Lizette is also Dr. Vogess Administrative Assistant and keeps the business of the practice running smoothly. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends and traveling to new places.
Melanie graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington and moved to San Antonio to pursue a career in Dentistry. She primarily works in our front office but is also part of our dental assistant team. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and strives to provide every patient with a pleasant experience. In her spare time, Melanie enjoys traveling, being active outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.
Chelseyray is a new and valued member of our front office team. She is passionate about getting to know all of our patients and making sure they receive quality service. Chelseyray was born and raised in a small town in Texas. She has a Bachelors's Degree in Psychology and is also a Registered Dental Assistant. She plans to continue her education and career in dentistry. In her free time, she enjoys volunteering, traveling, and spending time with her loved ones.
Debbie is very familiar to many of our longtime patients. She started as a patient of Dr. Voges in 2001 and joined the practice as our Patient Account and Insurance Coordinator in 2007. She has built many personal relationships with our patients during this time. Debbie is responsible for overseeing the insurance claim and billing processes for our patients so they can receive the best care options available. Although you may not see Debbie around the office, her remarkable talents ensure that our office runs smoothly. Debbie still visits her family here in San Antonio, so if youre lucky, you may catch her in the office!!!
Emily has been the Head Assistant and Clinical team leader for Dr. Voges for over 14 years. She expertly manages her team and makes sure that all of our doctors have what they need to provide the highest quality care to our patients. She makes keeping track of hundreds of instruments and mountains of supplies and materials look easy! Emily is known for her bubbly personality and her gentle and friendly chairside manner. When shes not caring for patients, she enjoys spending time with her family, working out, and training for her next marathon.
Dru has been a part of our team since 2018. There is no position more important to the operation of a dental clinic than hers! She does an outstanding job of making sure that proper sterilization and infection control procedures are followed throughout the clinic and keeps the Sterilization Room neat and clean at all times. Dru is always ready and willing to help her teammates. She enjoys spending time with her family, especially her daughter!
For more than 12 years, Crystal has been helping patients feel comfortable and at ease with their dental treatment. You can always hear her laughing and telling a story and as an experienced and skilled Dental Assistant, You can count on her to treat you like family! Other than spending time with her own family, her second passion is for her plants. she has quite the green thumb!
We are so happy that Kerri joined our growing team 2 years ago and has 13 years of experience as a dental assistant. She has extensive knowledge in all aspects of dentistry. She has a true gift for helping patients understand their treatments and her gentle voice and calm manner put patients at ease. In her spare time, Kerri enjoys weightlifting and archery.
Laila has been a dental assistant for four years and is the newest member of our clinical team. Since her first day, she has made it her goal to listen to patients concerns and make sure the entire clinical team is focused on addressing them. It is her goal for everyone to have an excellent dental experience and leave the office with a smile! Laila recently moved to San Antonio and is also pursuing a degree in engineering at UTSA. She loves the family environment at San Antonio Aesthetic and Family Dentistry.
