Dr. Robert B. Cavoli was raised in Ulster County, New York. After graduating from Marlboro High School he attended Boston University and graduated with a degree in Aerospace Engineering. He then accepted a position with Martin Marietta in Denver. In 1992, he decided to leave engineering and enter the dental profession. He attended Vassar College and completed additional courses in Biology and Chemistry. He received his dental degree from Temple University and then furthered his education at St. Marys Hospital in the General Practice Residency Program. He currently provides dental services with C&W Dentistry, LLC in the towns of Terryville and Winsted with Dr. Wasko.

When Dr. Cavoli is not in the office, he enjoys many hobbies. He is an avid outdoorsmen who enjoys volunteering his time to the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Conservation Education and Firearms Safety Program. He enjoys scuba diving in both fresh and salt water. Dr. Cavoli has recently become scuba emergency rescue certified. He is also a member of the Knights of Columbus. Dr. Cavoli and Dr. Wasko have three children of which two are interested in the dental profession!

Dr. Kim M. Wasko was born and raised in Connecticut. Her passion for the dental field began at the age of fifteen. After graduating St. Paul High School, she attended Fairfield University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in International Studies. She obtained her dental training from Temple University and continued her education at the General Practice Residency Program at New York Hospital-Cornell in Manhattan. After working briefly in Washington, D.C. and Bethesda, Maryland, she returned home to her family in Connecticut. Dr. Wasko and her husband Dr. Cavoli provide dental services in two practices in Terryville and Winsted.

In addition to the two practices, Dr. Wasko serves as Youth Minister for the Roman Catholic community of Terryville. When Dr. Wasko is not laughing with her patients or family, she is busy swimming, gardening, cooking in the kitchen, or playing with her dog Sparky.

Our hygienists have a combined experience of over 80 years. To give our patients the best possible service and results, we are committed to continued education and learning. We attend dental meetings, lectures, and conventions to stay informed of new products and procedures.

Building a foundation of trust with our patients is vital to our success! We understand some patients may feel uneasy about their dental visits. As a convenience, we offer nitrous oxide (laughing gas) in our Winsted office for our nervous patients. Our team is dedicated to providing you with excellent, personalized care to ensure your visits are easy and pleasant.
