Upon graduation from dental school in 1980, she established her first private practice in the Dallas suburb of Duncanville. She maintained this practice for 20 years, establishing high standards of excellence, integrity and compassion. In 2000, she relocated to Grayson County, where she joined the practice of Dr. Don Skelton in Denison, taking over full ownership in 2007. Dr. Hickey is a proud member of the American Dental Association and Texas Dental Association, and a regular participant in the Southwest Dental Conference and the Excellence in Dentistry seminar series. She and her husband, George Morgan Jr., reside near Gordonville and enjoy all of the wonderful outdoor activities that Lake Texoma has to offer.
She began in Dallas and joined Dr. Skeltons team in Denison in 1994, where she continues to practice today as a loyal member of Dr. Hickeys team. Dr. Parker is a proud member of the American Dental Association and Texas Dental Association, and a frequent attendee of the Southwest Dental Conference. She is also experienced in the field of education, having taught at Baylor College of Dentistry from 1993-1998.

I have been around the block a few times with dentists and their offices. After moving to the area several months ago, I wanted a small, non corporate dentist office that cares about individual patients because I need lots of maintenance in my mouth unfortunately. My husband and I both were impressed with the thoroughness of the exam, the great cleaning and evaluation, and everyone was so nice and professional. I feel confident that they are very honest and don't try to push any unnecessary treatment. We are fortunate to be able to become their new patients!

After working in the dental industry for for almost 40 I thought I had a pretty good idea of what to expect when having a crown replaced. Which is another way to say that I was dreading it. Knowing that I had trouble getting numb didn't help my expectations. Dr. Hickey amazed me by Painlessly getting me numb when other dentists struggled to. She even had invested in some additional equipment to serve patients like me and it worked beautifully. My previous expectations were replaced with an extremely comfortable dental visit. In a world of dentistry where unnecessary diagnosis is common, that is NOT the case at Dr. Hickey and Dr. Parker's office. You are safe to put your trust in these ladies! And by the way, small ladies hands fit in small mouths much better that big men's hand!

I have been one of those people who are afraid of the dentist. I went in with such Hesitation but I knew I needed to be seen. I was embarrassed but needed help. They were not only kind but extremely gentle to the point where I'm excited for my next visit I no longer have a fear of the dentist and I think Dr. Hickey and Dr. Parker and their staff for that amazing Office!!!!! Highy recommended

Today I had a cleaning with the hygienist Kelly. I can't brag about her more! She was nice, friendly and very informative! She made the cleaning and x-rays easy! Dr. Hickey came in to do a quick exam and remembered me from my past visits.. which meant a lot to me considering how many patients she sees everyday! Definitely recommend this office. Very happy to be back!
