Dr. Norman completed his BS degree from the University of Tennessee at Martin in 1980. He received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee Center for Health Sciences in Memphis in 1984. After dental school, Dr. Norman was an associate dentist in a practice in Lenoir City, Tennessee where he received hands-on training in implants and comprehensive restorative dentistry.
Beyond his educational achievements, Dr. Norman has received many distinctive honors from his colleagues. Janet has been in dentistry for 31 years. She is a home grown Blount county native. She and Brian Overly have been married for 30 years. Brian is the owner of Overlys Off-Road. Janet and Brian have a 28 year old son, Bennen. Janet also has a pair of German Shepard dogs that are 3 years old and full of energy and wet kisses.
Janet loves going to the beach, a great massage, riding bikes and kayaking. She is a member of the RattleRock4 Wheel Drive Club and Brian is the Vice President of Southern 4 Wheel Drive Association. Jeeping off road is our weekend sport.

I don't want to give a bad review because we haven't been to this dr. I do want to let people know when you call to make an appt for periodontal care, you will learn he is not a periodontist. I have no clue why google says that he is.

Wonderful experience. Staff is awesome and they all made me feel at ease about my root canal. On top of that they fixed the botched job from previous work from another dentist office. I cannot say enough about how positive and painless they made this for me. Service at its best. Thanks a bunch and God bless

Dr. Norman is very nice and a great dentist. But the lady stephanie who answers the phone is completely rude! And it wasnt the first time she was rude to me it's the second time. Just because of her I'm thinking about taking my husband and myself somewhere else.

I have been a patient of Dr. Norman for over 20 years and have had several procedures done in that time. I have never felt any discomfort whenever he has had to do a procedure on me. He has a friendly staff and I feel that I receive the best dental care available anywhere. I highly recommend Kim and his staff for any dental needs and maintenance.
