My first root canal and it could not have been a better experience. Everyone I encountered was courteous and pleasant. Dr Cunningham and his staff explained everything about the procedure before and during the root canal. They were courteous and respectful to each other and with me. Would highly recommend.

I had a really negative experience with my general dentist before being referred to Dr. Cunningham. I was really anxious to get my teeth worked on after the other experience, but He has a wonderful bedside manner and was able to find an issue that was not caught at another practice. When I came in for my retreatment of my root canal it was painless. He was extremely gentle with all tools and overall it was a wonderful experience! I realize that sounds crazy because the dentist is not always fun, but he did a careful and thoughtful job. I have the recommend this practice and will use them for any root canal treatment I need in the future. I will also say that I was very appreciative that the staff were so kind and very upfront with all cost before treatment.

Dr. Cunningham is an amazing Endodontist! I cannot say enough good things about my experience in his practice. All of the staff from my first initial phone call to the dental hygienists to the Doctor have been nothing but exceptional. They are all very accommodating and patient during what can be a scary procedure when you have dental office fears. It is very easy to get into see Dr. Cunningham and very easy to reschedule if needed. The office is extremely welcoming and will work with you regarding your schedule when requesting an appointment. I was very anxious about my root canal but I was greeted with respectful understanding of my fears, a calm environment and encouraging words from all of the staff, front desk staff, dental hygienists and Dr. Cunningham. I was scared for the numbing part, as I have felt pain during cavity fillings, however, Dr. Cunningham addressed that fear by asking if I had ever felt pain during prior procedure so when I said yes, he made sure I was not going to feel anything. I did not even feel the numbing shots. He is absolutely incredible and I am so glad I was able to find such a doctor. His staff is amazing, his hygienist was right there by my side through it all and very calming as well - providing insight as to the process and both were helpful with any questions I had. He is so thorough making sure everything was taken care of in each step of the process. My root canal was done efficiently and painless! I never felt rushed or like Dr. Cunningham had somewhere else to be, he answered all of my questions and was reassuring describing any feeling I might have during the procedure. I would recommend him to anyone who needs Endodontic treatment.

I had my first root canal and, like many, I was a bit anxious about the procedure. BUT it was totally painless! In and out within an hour. Dentist and entire staff were so kind, and followed up with a phone call later. Cannot recommend enough! I will never fear when I hear the words "root canal" again. Thank you!

Nobody wants to have a root canal. But if you have to have one, this is the place to get it done. I've had a few in my life, and Dr. Cunningham and his staff are the best by far.

Great Dr and Staff. Very professional. I have two root canals during my one visit. Insignificant discomfort and staff advised the process thoroughly prior to procedure. They said what they'd do and they did what they said! .. Don't be afraid to take care of your teeth. Dr Cunningham and staff will look out for you.

Absolute worst customer service I've ever encountered. After making me wait over a month to see me, they told me that I would have to reschedule because I was 20 minutes late because something out of my hands happened at work. So I said okay what's the next open date they said another 30 days. So over two months I've been in excruciating pain waiting on these folks cuz they refuse to wait 20 minutes on me. I wouldn't use these people if they were offering their services for free.

Excellent experience. I was a bit nervous for my first root canal, but Dr. Cunningham made it relatively pain free! He explained the procedure which I appreciated. I would recommend Dr. Cunningham to anyone needing a root canal!!

Highly Recommend Dr. Cunningham and his staff. Had a toothache that was debilitating. They found the tooth quickly, numbed it, and did a root canal within an hour. It was immediate relief from the pain.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Cunningham in March 2022. This was my first root canal and I did not know what to expect. Dr. Cunningham went through the procedure step by step, told me exactly what he was doing for each step, and told me what I would likely be experiencing as he went along. Dusty and Dr. Cunningham were excellent! I hope I never need another root canal, but if I do, Dr. C. is where I will be going.

I had a root canal by Dr. Cunningham. He is not only an excellent doctor but a very caring person as well. He explained everything he was doing during the procedure, which is important to me. He is professional, personable, caring, and his smile is contagious. He was so gentle that I never felt the shots or the procedure. making me feel so comfortable. Thanking God for this great Dr! And, his entire staff is absolutely amazing! It doesn't get better than this!

I'm not a big reviewer, nor a fan of dentistry; however, Dr Cunningham provided the best dental service experience I've ever had and I couldn't stay silent. Not only was he efficient, but he kept me informed along the way so I knew what was happening the whole time. Add in an incredibly friendly and engaging staff and you have the best Endodontist by far in the Kansas City area. While I hope NOT to have to have another root canal, there is noone else I trust with the procedure.

This was the second root canal I have had with Dr. Cunningham and I couldn't even tell he had given me any shots to numb the area. It was so painless that I would rather have a root canal performed by him, than to get a routine cleaning at my regular dentist's office. To all of the people out there that are afraid of getting a root canal, let me tell you that it is a piece of cake with him. I have never had one anywhere else, so I don't have anyone else to compare him to, but I will never go to anyone other than Dr. Cunningham for a root canal.

Root canals are not my thing. But when it became necessary, Dr. Cunningham made it the best it could possibly be. He explained everything thoroughly and understandably, told me what to expect, and was very gentle. I was very impressed and, should the need arise again, I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Dr. Cunningham.
