For the most part I like this place but I'd be wary of letting Dr. Erin Deedy-Lee do your fillings because I had issues with both the fillings I got from her. One fell out within a year of getting it and another one chipped within a few years of getting it. I've never had issues with any other cavity except the ones she did. Maybe it's a coincidence, but I'm skeptical.

Receptionists are rude and are not friendly with the customers. Over priced dentist.

I had a root canal done on my front tooth, I was very anxious that it wasn't going to turn out as cosmetically pleasing as I wanted and I had never had a procedure like this done before. Dr.Brown answered ALL my questions, talked me thoroughly through everything and never rushed. He was very polite and always asked what my comfort was. My previous dentist suggested a crown but Dr.Brown was able to save my natural tooth, making my smile look normal again! Not to mention they are very fairly priced, I saved a ton of money from what my other dentist quoted me.

Kevin and his team are truly exceptional. Since childhood in Virginia, I've been an anxious dental patient. Well aware of my skittishness, Kevin and his team have been patient, supportive, and absolutely wonderful through the years. Truly exceptional. Plus, Kevin's got a great sense of humor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Brown since I was a teen (and a patient at his office since I was a young child). At one point during the years, I changed to a dentist closer to home when I moved to New Hampshire. It wasn't long before I realized that Dr. Brown was worth the 30 minute drive to Ayer. During my switch, I tried two different dentists in Nashua, both of whom pushed unnecessary procedures and cosmetic work--something Dr. Brown has never done. Not only did I switch myself and family back to him, but members of my extended family now make the drive to see him. I'm not sure why I didn't write this well-deserved review sooner, BUT today, a Sunday, Dr. Brown and one of his dental assistants met my son and me at his office because my son has been experiencing severe pain due to an infected dead tooth. Dr. Brown and his assistant promptly did the work to clean out the infection and provide much-needed pain relief. Unfortunately, a root canal is needed, but I take some relief knowing my son is in such capable hands. Dr. Brown is the kind of dentist who will interrupt his weekend to take care of his patients. He is never pushy. AND... he is just an all-around great guy. I highly recommend him.

Although I wish I could afford to go to him for all the dental work I need, I go there when I have somewhat of an urgent situation where I'm looking for a type of differential diagnosis of what the problem is. I like Dr. Brown because he is very good at explaining to me what it is that I have. I also like it that he doesn't 'bristle' when I might know somewhat more than the average patient about possible dental situations. He is very conversant in his art and is a straight forward and HONEST dentist. A good number of dentists will just look for employment opportunities in your mouth (of which there are MANY in my mouth) or take the stance of; 'I'm the doctor and I said so.' He is more 'professor' like with me which is what I like in a dentist or a doctor. He also accommodates me (financial restraints) in giving advice and council on the teeth that are bothering me and won't try to up-sell a bunch of other things. The only thing that I WISH he had was an oral surgeon for complex extractions given he's close by to me and the oral surgeons are hard for me to get to.

I had my first appointment today and coming from someone who HATES the dentist I can honestly say this was hands down the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. The staff was all incredibly kind and patient. Shannon was absolutely amazing!!! She was so considerate of my fear of the dentist. I cant say enough good things about my visit. Thank you for helping ease my fear!!!! Cassidy
