Dr. Kross came highly recommended from a local orthodontist that said he was the best in the business. I genetically am missing 2 adult teeth and have been wearing a retainer with fake teeth on it for 18 years. I finally decided to take the leap to get implants. I first had to get braces to move my roots around to make space for the implants, Dr. Kross worked directly with my orthodontist to make sure everything was perfect. Then, Dr. Kross did the implant surgery- it went seamlessly with no pain. He then put in temporary implants to ensure my gum line grew in/ looked natural around my final implants. Finally the implants were put in and they look absolutely flawless! He even went above and beyond to ensure my implants were white enough to cater to my love of using white strips (in my dental history, not one person got the color to match... ever. They finally match.) He also appealed my insurance claim 4 times when they denied coverage for my implant surgery! I have seen SO many dental professionals over the course of 23 years regarding my missing teeth and I can honestly say, Dr. Kross is above and beyond the best dental professional I've ever had. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone!! Also would like to mention he came in and put my final implants in 2 days after having a new baby and rushed my implants in from the lab because of my scheduled engagement pictures.

Dr. Cross took the time to explain in detail the issues and more importantly the options to fix them. He listened intently to my concerns and recommended the best option for my specific case. He is an outstanding dentist.

One star for Dr Kross for lack of basic patient care. Bottom line, I had an infected tooth/ gum and Dr Kross ignored me. I don't expect my dentist to see hairline fractures on an x-ray or get me into the endodontist immediately, but I feel it it reasonable to receive basic care when I have a raging infection. I had a toothache when I came in the previous day for a cleaning, Next day, my gum was swollen, and pain worsened. I called and Dr Kross didn't even ask me to come in for a quick assessment. He blew me off by suggesting I see an endodontist (which I literally couldn't get into for 3 months) Thank God my husband is an Allied Health Professional and he insisted that I call and request a script for antibiotics because Dr Kross would be closed for rhe next 3 days.
