Staff was very friendly and made my experience less stressful. I had to take out all four of my wisdom teeth which was very anxiety-inducing but the treatment was easy and accommodating.

It took me a while to decide to write the review, I really don't like negative reviews but it seem the insurance issues were not only with me so people must be warned. Specially the fact that they won't think twice to damage your credit for their deficiencies on insurance claims. Regardless than my crown was less than perfectly installed and there was a small gap on the bottom; I had two insurances at the time of service and I needed a crown; it bothered me that they wouldn't even see me until 100% was paid regardlessof my pain, they got authorization from insurances and charged $700 copay. For the few times that I went there it was the same, about six to eight months later I get a bill for $600, they said insurance didn't pay, neither one of them?, I argued, talked the the insurances with no problems, a year after the sevice I get a a hit on my credit score, they reported as a bad debt. You don't mess with someone's credit specially if your office staff is not well verse on insurances' claims.
