While your children are busy getting their teeth cleaned, they get to sit back and enjoy a movie on the overhead flatscreen televisions. They can choose from their favorite movie to their favorite sports program. If your other children need something to do while they are waiting for their sibling(s), they could choose to play the Nintendo Wii, the PlayStation, or be busy playing with the latest and greatest toys.

Dr. JJ Bittner, his wife Sarah, and their four children reside in Sherwood, and enjoy staying active in the community. He is a member of the Sherwood Chamber of Commerce, coaches multiple youth sports teams in the area, and also works withMedical Teams Internationalproviding dental care for children in the Portland Metropolitan area.
Dr. Bittner graduated fromOregon State University(Go Beavs!). He continued his education atOregon Health Sciences University School of Dentistry, and graduated with honors. He trained an additional two years at theChildrens Hospital of Wisconsinto specialize in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Bittner has since become a board-certified pediatric dentist (an accomplishment attained by less than 38% of all pediatric dentists within the United States).
Dr. Bittner is a member of theOregon Academy of Pediatric Dentistry,theAmerican Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, theWashington County Dental Society, and theAmerican Dental Association. Additionally, he was invited to be a member of theNational Dental Honor Society, Omicron Kappa Upsilon.
Prior to his dental education, Dr. Bittner worked as a personal trainer in a private club setting, and trained local high school athletes as well. He also enjoyed his role as a junior high youth pastor for a local church. He and his family currently attendAthey Creek Christian Fellowship. When Dr. Bittner is not in the office, you can find him at a local park with his children, coaching on a nearby field/court, at the YMCA, snowboarding, or at home spending time with his family.
