Dr. Keith Mitchell grew up in Irving. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Texas at Arlington, and he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at UT Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Mitchell returned to serve the Irving community when he opened his practice in 1987.
Over the years, Dr. Mitchell has had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, and he always makes an effort to make every patient feel comfortable and to give each person the attention he or she deserves. He feels truly blessed to work and make a difference in so many peoples lives.
Dr. Mitchell is committed to providing the most effective, up-to-date dental care for his patients, so he regularly participates in continuing education courses. He is currently a member of the local dental study club, where he learns and teaches the latest innovations in dentistry and studies the industry journals and specialized case histories by leaders in the dental field.
Dr. Mitchell is married with two children. He enjoys going to church, gardening, boating, and spending time with family and friends. After work, Dr. Mitchell looks forward to long walks with his black Lab, Dallas. He is especially proud of his two grown children. His daughter has a masters degree in occupational therapy, and his son has a bachelors degree in finance.
Audrey has been with us since early 2019 but is approaching her 10-year mark of working in dentistry. She is a Dallas native and graduated UNT with a masters degree in environmental science. She enjoys educating patients and following their journey to a healthier mouth. Audrey is a wiz with insurance and makes sure our patients can utilize their benefits to get the dental care they deserve.
Selina became a dental hygienist in 2008 after graduating from the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). HOTTY TODDY! She is only here on Fridays but has been a member of our team for several years. Selina really enjoys working with our patients and building relationships. She spends one-on-one time with patients to educate them about the best way to keep their mouth healthy and maintain a beautiful smile for a lifetime. She brings energy and fun to our practice every day and is a real team player.
Josie has been working with Dr. Mitchell for over 10 years and truly enjoys connecting with patients. She likes the fact that Dr. Mitchell appreciates the unique individuality that each of our staff has brought to the creation of our wonderful team. In addition to assisting Dr. Mitchell at the chair during dental procedures, Josie is our OSHA compliance officer.
Sara joined our team in 2017, but she has been in dentistry since 2007. Her quick smile and warm attitude tell patients that they are in good hands. She works closely with Dr. Mitchell and our patients during dental procedures. Her favorite part of her job is helping an anxious patient feel comfortable. She also instructs patients about post-op care and excels at creating our whitening trays, temporary crowns and bridges.

I had a previous crown put on a couple of yrs ago,(somewhere else) and it started hurting .So I called Dr. Mitchells office that morning and he fit me in and fixed what was wrong. I haven't felt more comfortable in a dentist office in a long time. I'm looking forward to getting the rest of my dental work done. Thank you Dr. Mitchell & staff y'all are awesome!!!

I have been going to Dr. Mitchell's office since early 1990s' and I have been very pleased with the care and overall cleanliness of the office. Then since last year and Covid I have appreciated the office staff and the office preventative care for the patients and one can sense the utmost sanitation in the office. For the last 5 years or so, for my hygiene cleaning I have been seeing Selena, and I really like her precision and ultimate method to make sure My teeth are properly cleaned, and lots of encouraging, ( somewhat educating) regarding the need to flossing- which has let me to care for my teeth in this way ( flossing). I am an old generation, that has been building up this habit. Another thing I am also really thankful of my dental care in this office, is that when I speak with my family, sometimes their horror stories regarding their experiences with their dentist, not being warned or provided additional information, for them to make decisions to avoid more intense situations with their teeth, bones etc, now due to the lack of what I have mentioned, they have bone loss, and this is causing, anxiety I mention this because when I started going to Dr. Mitchell, he spoke to me about this possibility, ( bone loss- which he recommended, dental care not yearly but more frequently. Now more than 20 yrs later, I have good oral health. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH, and for sure , I do recommend this office constantly to all who ask me for a dentist.

Such a warm and caring staff from start to finish. Dr. Mitchell is soft handed and has friendly bed side manners. I needed an emergency crown on a front tooth before I went out of town, and they worked me in and it went great. I would definitely recommend!! They were extremely accommodating!!

Dr. Mitchell is the best! I just went to him to fix everything before my new orthodontist work. The whole process was pleasant. He's professional, efficient, funny, caring. Sweet staff (Just one suggestion: please add a gentler hygienist).

Dr. Mitchell and his staff are the best! I've had much needed dental work done by them over the last couple of months, and each time they've been consistently great. They are honest and trustworthy. Wait time is usually minimal. Some of the rooms come with a massage chair and TV. They really do go the extra mile to give you an overall positive experience.
