Absolutely Fabulous! Dr. Hallaian and his staff had me feeling so comfortable and cared for! I was quite anxious about removal of my lower wisdom teeth and a cracked molar, but this professional teams compassion and kind manners made me feel so at ease to be myself and crack corny jokes which is a plus! I highly recommend this office! My mouth is healing so well and I feel so much better! Thanks again to all of you!

I've used this oral surgeon many times back in 2022 hands down one of the best doctors and his assistants are fantastic and caring I could not remember his name for the life of me I finally found them my daughter has wisdom teeth that needs to be pulled call the office this morning and spoke to the secretary very rude rushed me off the phone didn't make me finish my questions have no answers for me I asked her if there's a copay with my insurance her reply was we take credit cards check or cash I wouldn't know until you get here note customer skills at all

Was referred to this place through my dentist, back in November for a consultation and said they'd get back to me in 4 to 5 weeks with insurance confirmation for the procedure and now it's been over 3 months after calling multiple times and leaving messages.. these people never answer their phones and pick and choose which calls to return apparently. This is a very unprofessional office and now I understand all the other bad reviews. If your referred to this place DO NOT GO, avoid this doctor and his lazy staff at all costs.

The best , got 3 teeth pulled and it was over in 15 minutes, the numbing shots hurt worse than the actual procedure!

Worst experience ever. Rescheduled my appointment 4 times and then when I finally showed up they left me waiting in my freezing car for 30 minutes, after a 45 minute drive, and then decided to finally inform me that there was "no running water". The next available was a month and a half away, after i've already waited 6 months for an appointment. Disgusting.

I want to thank Dr. Hallaian and his staff for being so very compassionate. Last week I had to have my back molar out and I have a huge fear of dentists. Usually the second I walk in I start having panic attacks. Dr. Hallaian and his staff made sure I was very comfortable and they helped me get thru the process quickly and comfortably. Their bedside manners are the best I've seen in Healthcare. I cannot thank them enough. I Highly reccomend Dr. Hallaian and his practice.

Excellent staff, excellent surgeon! I had to have a few teeth pulled and I was so nervous to have this done. This dentist and his staff were so sympathetic and made me feel so at ease. They went above and beyond during the whole process. I can't thank them enough for how I was treated while I was there. Thank you :-)!!!

Front staff are very rude on the phone and in person . I made a appointment, get there with my 5 year old and they tell me to leave I couldn't be seen, let alone till June. I understand they want limited people due to covid but she had a mask and could have sat outside the door if it was that big of a deal, they were not understanding.

My husband and I both got several teeth pulled here. Dr H is so nice ! Always making sure I was comfortable and the staff was so kind and accommodating. I was pregnant both times and the pain was so bad. They squeezed me in the second time because I couldn't wait. I was so grateful ! Dr h made sure he gave me something safe to take while pregnant. I was very pleased with the overall experience!

I recommend Dr. Hallaian. Our family has been to Dr. Hallaian for wisdom teeth extractions and Lisa at the front desk is so pleasant and professional. Mary assisted Dr. Hallaian with the extractions of my son's impacted wisdom teeth; Mary was extremely compassionate and caring and ensured he went home with all he needed. Finally, Dr. Hallaian's demeanor is so calming and humble, you can't help but trust that he will take great care of you - and he does!

I got 3 wisdom teeth extracted about a week ago- recovery was pretty quick & the procedure was 1 2 3. Both the nurse & Dr. Hallaian were so comforting.. I really felt like I was in good hands. I was even given a guide that explains the aftercare. Thank you guys so much!!! Week 2 & I'm almost fully healed woo!

I MADE AN APPOINTMENT 3 MONTHS AGO FOR THE MIDDLE OF FEB, THEY CALLED ME TODAY AT 12:20PM TO ASK IF I CAN COME IN TODAY AT 12:30PM OR 3:00PM AS IF I CAN DROP EVERYTHING I'M DOING TO COME IN. WHEN I SAID I COULDN'T SHE SAID THE NEXT APPOINTMENT WOULD BE ON MARCH 31ST... I AM IN PAIN & I CANT BE EXPECTED TO WAIT ANOTHER MONTH AND HALF ... WHEN I ASKED WHY MY APPOINTMENT IS CHANGED SHE SAID ITS BECAUSE THEY SCHEDULED TO MANY PEOPLE THAT DAY.... SO DISAPPOINTED WORST MOST INCONSIDERATE OFFICE

I have to say, both Dr. Keith Hallaian and the staff, were a pleasure to deal with. The women in the office and the lady who performed X-rays and assisted Dr. Hallaian were very professional and kind. Dr. Hallaian, has a great bedside manner and definitely knows what he is doing. My experience was painless and fast. I couldn't recommend them more.

Their customer service was horrible. Called from 1-2pm about being late for my appointment that THEY rescheduled and was treated poorly. Still on my way to appointment for 3 as we speak. They said i shouldn't come and i should reschedule fir November. Tacky

0- stars!!! Horrible. Stay away. Girl at front desk is nasty and rude. They change your appointment after 4 months of waiting. Went to the new appointment at the time I was told and she said I was late and couldn't be seen for another 2 months. Once again I have never encountered a nastier receptionist.
