Dr. Katz studied mechanical engineering at Tufts University, then did graduate work at Columbia University. After working as an engineer at Raytheon and Polaroid, he returned to Tufts Dental School. Dentistry fulfills his love of hands on activity while combining art and science. Dr. Katz continues his education with regular attendance at the Yankee Dental Association Conference and several other prominent dental organizations. He maintains membership in the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Seacoast Esthetic Dentistry Association. In his free time, Dr. Katz enjoys boating, skiing, traveling, cars, scuba diving, and photography.
Linda has been a long time employee of the office. She graduated from Michigan State University with a B.S. in Pyschology and from Middlesex Community College with an Associate in Dental Hygiene(RDH).
Dawn has been with our office since 1993. After graduating from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, Dawn worked in a medical/surgical office for five years. She began her dental career focusing on the clerical and financial management of our practice and has never looked back.
Dawn joined our office in 2015 after several years as a Dental Assistant. Prior to working in the dental field, she earned her degree as a Registered Radiologic Technologist and worked as a Coordinator of a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.

My wife was a new patients in Dr Katz's office, and was a bit apprehensive. Upon arriving for her first visit she was welcomed by the reception staff and made to feel relaxed. I will admit, it was an extraordinary experience and very positive. At this point she knew she was going to be in good hands. When she was called in for consultation I was invited in to join her. Dr Katz was very engaging and throughly explained what procedures he recommended for my wife. We agreed this was the best plan of action. Everything seemed to fall in place. All in all it was a very good experience and would highly recommend this office to anyone searching for a dentist.

Dr. Katz & his Assistant are the best around the north shore & beyond Greater Boston. They did 3 crowns for me at one visit & are super professional, kind, personable, pleasant & were just a complete joy to get work done as a patient!

My wife and I were discussing how lucky we are to have such great medical care and other professionals who support us in various aspects of life. At the top of that list for me since 1989 is the care I get from Dr. Katz and the entire team. I appreciate all they do and how they do it. Wish there were more than 5 stars to use for rating!

For nearly thirty years I have relied on the practice of David Katz and his staff for functional and cosmetic dental health. Dr. Katz continues to collaborate in a network of talented specialists to provide current treatment options. I have continued with the practice after moving out of the area because David persists in his commitment to patient-centered discussion and decisions. The assistants and technicians in the office, several there since my first visit, are well-informed, helpful, and courteous. Access and parking are convenient.

I have been a patient of Dr. Katz& Co. for over forty years. I recently broke a cap on my front tooth. he replaced it with his first rate, highly skilled work. I would recommend him to anyone. I have been going to Dr. Katz for years- he has a great team that has always gone above and beyond to make me comfortable and give me excellent care. I just finished getting a front tooth replaced. It was a long process. Dr. Katz carefully explained everything up front, so there were no surprises. The final result was amazing- the new tooth looks authentic, and perfectly matches my old one. His work was meticulous and the final result was just what I was hoping for. Highly recommend!.

I have been a patient of Dr. Katz for over 30 years. My children and husband are now patients as well. Every time we see Dr. Katz and his staff it has been a positive experience. I recently had two discolored crowns replaced with veneers. The procedure went extremely well with no discomfort or pain at all. My teeth look amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Katz and his staff for all your dental needs.

An intelligent, patient, efficient and friendly staff is always there to help and Dr. Katz is determined to have the best care for his patients. I recently had a problem with my mouthguard and Dr. Katz did not give up on having it fit perfectly even at extra expense to him. He is a skilled and kind dentist! I highly recommend this practice.

I broke my two front teeth years ago. Dr. Katz has been repairing them on a regular basis. I finally made the decision to get crowns. I only wish I had done this three years ago when my daughter got married. My smile looks incredible.!

Yesterday was my first time going to this dental office as my favorite hygienist works there and I have been her patient for a very long time. With that being said you never know how the doctor will be but I have to say Dr. Katz was funny, caring, and sociable. He took the time to examine and made sure I felt comfortable and went over everything so I understood what he was doing. His staff was very upbeat and sociable from the front desk to his assistant that did my X-Rays. The atmosphere was crisp, clean and refreshing. During my cleaning, Dr. Katz came to check to make sure everything was good and cracked a few jokes. I have been to a few different dental offices and I would say this one is my favorite so far as they make you feel like family!

I've been a patient at Dr. Katz & Co. for over 25 years and I have never had a negative experience there. Dr. Katz wants his patients to be happy with their dental work - he truly cares and can make you feel like you're his one and only patient. The employees are all long-term, which speaks volumes, and they're all friendly, caring and helpful. They are respectful of your time and very rarely run late - if they do keep you waiting - it's not for very long. Their fees are always fair and competitive and they have a "membership" plan that is great for anyone without dental insurance - I've taken advantage of this plan for several years. I've recommended them to friends and family and have always gotten back good reports. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality, painless dental care at reasonable prices done by caring people.

I started going to Dr. Katz offfice about a year ago when a friend told me to try them after I was expressing my frustration with the current dentist I was seeing, and I could not be more happy with my choice. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Katz himself, everyone in the office is so friendly and make you feel immediately at ease. Not only that, but the quality of their work is amazing. I had a dental issue that I had brought up to a few dentists I had seen before, and was pretty much told there was no solution. On my very first visit with Dr. Katz he laid out a few options for me, and within a month we had a plan of action. We just recently finished up, and the results are even better than I imagined! Again, I could not be happier that I started going to Dr. Katz office, and recommend anyone else who is looking for a new dentist to make the to try them out, you will not be disappointed!

I have been a patient at Dr Katz and Co for over 30 years. This practice feels like family to me, I've had countless procedures over the years, and have always received compassionate and expert care. In fact, many years ago I went into labor in the dental chair and they kept me feeling calm and safe... that baby is a patient to this day!! I recommend Dr Katz and Co to any one looking for wonderful care at fair prices, with an attractive and always welcoming office atmosphere. Dental work is never fun, but this office does make it a pleasant experience to visit. Dawn, Diane and Cara(retired) always have a smile for the patients, as does Dr Katz... New partners also seem really nice.
