As a dental professional, I stay up to date on the latest advancements in dentistry in order to provide the most current treatment options for my patients. As a doctor, I recognize that my patients are unique individuals who have placed a great deal of trust in me and my team. That is just one reason why I value each and every patient relationship.
Dr. Katrina Suckling attended the University of Pittsburgh for her undergraduate studies in Biology. She went on to attend dental school at Case Western Reserve University, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 1992.
In 1999 she purchased a long-standing family dental practice in downtown Barberton, Ohio. Since that time her vision has been to provide modern dental techniques and materials while maintaining the small town care established by the practice.
A large part of our practice philosophy is that patients deserve to be heard and understood as part of their dental care. Our patients have very different needs and wants in regards to their dental care and it is our job to find treatment that is appropriate for each individual patient.
Dr. Seifert grew up in Jackson Township just outside of Massillon. She attended the University of Akron where she obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Sciences and a Masters degree in Polymer Science. After that she attended Case Western Reserve University Dental School where she graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine degree and received the Deans Award in recognition of academic and clinical excellence.
After graduating from Case Western, she was accepted into the 1-year Dental Residency program at Summa Health System in Akron. Summas Residency program is excellent and provides in-depth clinical experiences in oral surgery, endodontics, periodontal treatment, prosthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry.
You will find that Dr. Seifert enjoys establishing relationships with her patients, learning about their lives, meeting their families, and watching their kids grow up. Her philosophy is always to do whats best for the patient. The focus of this practice has always been on the patient which makes her a great fit here!

So impressed with the professionalism and customer service at this office. As an operations director I'm always looking at every aspect of a business and this experience.....was great. I was so scared to go to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable and explained each process. The front desk was extremely personable and greeted everyone by name, the tech that took me back was amazing & the Dr. was very down to earth and made me feel at ease. My whole family will be going to this place. Can't believe I didn't find out about it sooner.

Dr. Katrina Suckling, in my opinion, is the best dentist in Northeast Ohio. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, has infinite patience and is blessed with a perfect personality to deal with her patients. They just don't come any better!

She is the best dentist you could ever ask for. She is kind, caring and does such an impeccable job taking care of your teeth. She really wants you to have a great smile! Never go anywhere else. Another dentist tried to scam my daughter by telling her she had 8 cavities. Dr Suckling confirmed she had none. She is honest.

As always, I had a positive experience at the office of Dr. Katrina Suckling. Joanne, Dental Hygienist, is always pleasant and professional and does her job well. Dr. Suckling is always sensitive and caring as she checks to be sure my teeth are OK and without problems.
