Dr. Kate's office is a high energy, get in, get out atmosphere. The staff and Dr Kate are always on top of the controlled chaos. However, I have had a problem with them sharing my financial information with another parent and no apology was returned to me for the breach in confidence. This breach is the reason behind the 3 stars.

My son was one of Dr. Barnette's first patients when she opened a practice in Hillsboro. Hillsboro is antiquated as far as having any businesses other than lawyers, banks, gas stations, and fast food restaurants, so having something as specialized as an orthodontic office was historical and of great convenience to city residents. It meant that I didn't have to tack on an extra 45 minutes for drive time to/from appointments!! Dr. Barnette was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and offered convenient hours for patients who must work around school and work. A+

Dr Barnettte And her staff are extremely friendly and they are nice people to be around. They are all really good at their jobs and I highly recommend.
