Been going here for years and always have such a great experience. Mary always makes me laugh during my cleaning appointments and Dr. Oppermann always gives insight on why he's doing what he's doing when it comes to dental care. If you need a dentist that makes you feel welcome like family, this is the place to visit!

Dr. Ed Oppermann has been our dentist for over 25 years, and his excellence in dentistry, concern for his patient's comfort, and friendliness are just a few reasons why my husband and I drive back to Kingwood from Georgetown, TX to have cleanings and crowns! He and his staff, especially Tammy, are the Best and I trust him completely.

If I could give zero stars I would. I was a new patient, I called to make an appt., explained I needed a cleaning, and I was having tooth pain. I show up to the appt. no one is in the front. One of the dentists walks by and sees me, is polite, and hands me paperwork. 2 more women walk in after me, and ring the bell for service. No one comes. Eventually a lady (that doesn't appear to be the usual receptionist) comes up. She checks the other 2 ladies in and I hand her my ppw. I'm informed at that moment that I will have to be rescheduled because the person that was going to work on me had to leave. When asked why I wasn't notified I was told it just happened. I was told I could wait for the receptionist and reschedule. I understand that things do happen, but I had to arrange childcare in order to come to an appt. I'm sure if this review gets a response there will be an answer to every concern I have listed, but the bottom line is it wasn't a good look, and if they can't organize their staff or have the foresight to let patients know, why on earth would I want them working on my mouth? There was no care or concern that a new patient was put out. I will be finding another dentist to try out.

I'm deeply grateful for Dr. Opperman and his staff. They practice safety and maximum procedures for COVID-19. The atmosphere is a great collection of an under the sea experience; it's beautiful and interesting. Dr. Opperman treats you as a valued, close friend. His mannerisms are kind, patient and friendly. I'm thankful for his services.
