Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, she has practiced dentistry in Puerto Rico, where she owned a successful practice for seven years. She has also worked in several private practices in San Francisco, California. Since 2013, she has been established in Miami, Florida.
Milly has been a dental hygienist since 2006 and working at our office since 2007. She focuses on improving and maintaining our patients oral health. Her goal is to have your smile in its optimal shape in a comfortable and relaxed environment. In her spare time, she enjoys watching her sons baseball games and spending time with family.

Very detailed, through and a consistent experience. Staff has been together as a team for years so never a surprise or bad experience. Very nice and clean office and pleasant staff who even laugh at all my bad jokes. Professional team - went the extra distance to find a small, hard to find cavity that did not show up on x-rays and other dentists could not find.

I love going to Zen smiles . Since you enter the office you can feel the nice vibe .the waiting room is peaceful and the music relaxes you . The best of all is the team there! So nice and profesional . I been going here for more than 8 years and always with a big smile . Starting with Millie my Hygienist which always performs an amazing job with my teeth and keeps them healthy . I love her job ! I feel peaceful when she is working and she takes care of every small detail . Also Dr Karen is always caring about every detail and I always feel confident in her hands too. I noticed they have new measures due to COVID, everything extremely clean and new tools in every room they work . I will recommend Zen smiles 100 %

I went in for a deep cleaning, as I suffer from severe gum disease and Mily was AWESOME!! She made me feel very comfortable, did not cause me too much pain and I feel VERY refreshed and ready for my next appt. BTW, I hate going to the dentist more than anything else. Yay, ZEN!!!
