Dr. Lanier was born in Lexington, North Carolina. She received a DentalHygiene degree from Guilford Technical Institute. Continuing her dentalhygiene education she received a Bachelors and Masters degree in DentalEducation from UNC at Chapel Hill.
Dr. Lanier worked as a Dental Hygienist while attending the University ofNorth Carolinas School of Dentistry. After receiving her Doctor of DentalSurgery (DDS) degree, she continued and earned her Masters degree inGraduate Periodontics.
Dr. Lanier has served as the president of the Third District of NC DentalSociety, Davidson County, and High Point Dental Societies, and the NorthCarolina Society of Periodontists. She is an active member of the AmericanDental Association, the Southern Academy of Periodontology, and the American Academy of Periodontology. She has been coordinating the High Point Dental Study Club for over 12 years. She is also a fellow in the Pierre Fauchard Academy, an International Honor Dental Organization and a member of the International College of Dentists, an honor and service dental society.
Paula graduated from GTCC in 2008 as a Dental Assistant II. She has 10 years combined experience in general dentistry and oral surgery. Paulas kindness and experience is truly valued at Dr. Laniers office. She will make every effort to assist our patients. Paula enjoys camping, fishing and spending time with her two daughters.
Grace received her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the UNC at Chapel Hill. She graduated in May 2015, with a Dental Hygiene G.P.A. of 3.913. She is also a member of the Dental Hygiene Honor Society, Xi Chapter. Grace enjoys the results of intensive periodontal therapy and develops a rapport with her patients during the process. When not working, Grace enjoys spending time with her horses, cats and husband.
Parker has 10 years in the dental field. She brings extensive knowledge and experience to our dental team. Parkers experience expands in the fields of pediatrics, prosthodontics and oral surgery. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family on their farm.
Haley graduated from GTCCs Dental Assisting program in 2021. She has a warm personality which enables her to empathize with patients and their needs. Haley is enjoying the periodontal field and is a great fit at Dr. Laniers office. When not working, she enjoys playing with her fur babies Gracie, Chowder, Gigi and Chloe.
Melissa graduated as a CDAII from the U.S. Naval Dental Assisting Program in San Diego, CA. She has many years of assisting and front desk experience, including periodontal. Melissa has a very calm demeanor which is perfect for working the high demands of the front office. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking and playing her baby Cayenne.
