Crusader Community Healths mission is to serve the Rock River Valley area with quality primary health care for all people in need. Crusader serves over 58,000 patients which is about 20% of our areas population.
Crusader has received Joint Commission accreditation seven consecutive times since 1999. Accreditation is awarded for compliance with standards of care specific to the needs of patients, including infection prevention and control, leadership and medication management.
The Crusader Community Health Foundation (CCHF) is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) corporation and was established in 1985. We are here to support Crusader Community Health in providing high quality, cost effective, accessible healthcare for those who have limited access to primary healthcare resources.
