Was just in today for oral surgery. Had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Dr.Seigel was my surgeon. He's great. Everyone in the office was great really nice and caring. I was done in 20 mins. The best oral surgeon. Highly recommended this office for oral surgery. Thanks all for your care and help.

I have had 3 surgeries with this office thus far. The Surgeon is great. He is very quick, painless and efficient, also having great bedside manners. Everyone in the office makes you feel comfortable and are all very knowledgeable. By far this experience has been the best compared to any other practice. I highly recommend.

Wish I could add another 5 stars. Went there to extract a Muler. Walked in at 1045 and by 1120 I was done and out the door. The Staff was very nice and explained in detail how to keep the area clean so it can heal properly. The surgeon did a great job. I walked in with pain and 3 hours later no pain at all. Thank you so much.

I just wanted to say this office made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Siegel was informative, quick, and painless. Shari , the Drs. Assistant was caring and very compassionate. Valerie at front desk explained to me about insurance and what I would have to pay. I'd like to give this office 10 stars if possible. Great office and kind and caring Staff.

I had such a great experience with Dr. Roberts and his Assistant. His Assistant has left a pleasant long lasting memorable experience of when my wisdom tooth was pulled. She's very caring and authentic. Dr. Roberts did a terrific job and I had no issues afterwards. I absolutely highly recommend!

I've never written a negative review so the fact that I'm taking the time out of my day to leave this review says a lot. I was recommended to this office because they accepted my insurance. I told the doctor I had a tooth infection and was in excruciating pain and if they can possibly squeeze me in somewhere. The doctor told me I had to finish my antibiotics, refused to see me and told me there was nothing she can do for me. You're an oral surgeon and you're telling me you can't extract a tooth when antibiotics have already been started? Well I didn't know any better at that time so I took her advice, continued taking my antibiotics without reaching out for further help. My biggest mistake was not getting a second opinion. A week goes by and I get a call from the office. I didn't pick up the call because I thought it was just a random number. Then I receive a voicemail from the MOST UNPLEASANT RECEPTIONIST. I mean honestly, HOW is she still allowed to be representing this office? Anyway, I call the office back and the receptionist starts berating me, asking me why I couldn't pick up the call and telling me I must of heard her leaving me a voicemail so why didn't I pick up. I tell her I have an iPhone and not a home phone and she's STILL berating me. At this point, I think this is a joke. I literally ask her, do we have a problem right now? She finally changes her tone and the topic. During this conversation, I was seeing an endodonist, trying to save my tooth so I told her I no longer needed their services (even though they weren't giving me an appointment either way lol). A week later, my pain starts to come back, my endodonist tells me the tooth can't be saved. I call this office back with tears in my eyes, pleading to get an emergency appointment. The receptionist starts asking me so many questions and even when answering her questions, it still seemed like she wasn't listening. After pleading and pleading, she tells me she'll see what she can do and she'll call me on Monday to update me. I'm thankful I didn't rely on this godawful receptionist, wow. Even though I had to pay out of pocket, my experience with Dental365 was beyond amazing. They gave me an appointment and performed the procedure the same day. This receptionist ended up NEVER calling me back. I'm no longer in pain and finally had the chance to recollect everything I went through with this office. How can a receptionist, whose job is to appease people, allowed to treat people (vulnerable people at that) this way? Gross misconduct and I sincerely hope this person moves on to a different profession, away from human contact.

I was trying to make an appointment and the woman who answered my call was the rudest of all... not even bothering or wasting my time.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Roberts and his office for many years. I had a complicated dental implant case and a lot of bone loss, and Dr. Roberts and staff guided me through the process and ensured that I had minimal pain and really great results. This office is where you go if you want to be handled with care and expertise.

Superrr friendly, very fast, knowledgeable-- best experience I've ever had regarding anything dental/medical!!!!! First dental place that made me feel incrediblyyy comfortable and right at home. From the front desk to the dental assist down to the oral surgeon, everyone was so very comforting honest and had my best interest in mind. Absolutelyyyy kept veryyy safe conditions regarding covid, I called when I was in parking lot, didn't even wait ten minutes before getting called in. The receptionist was super fast, and very effective. One of the best receptionists I've ever had. The dental assistant was incredibly comforting.. I always cry going to the dentist, she had me laughing and joking around feeling right at home. Believe it or not it was a very nice experience anddd I got three teeth pulled!! The whole appointment front entrance to procedure to post-procedure, was under a half hour. So FAST! The oral surgeon dr Siegel was SO HONEST nice and super INTELLIGENT. He knew his stuff and the procedure was PAINLESS. The assistant held my hand thru everything, her and Dr. Siegel made me feel so comfortable and they did not at allllll try to hose me, SUPER HONEST and HAD MY BEST INTEREST! BEST MEDICAL/DENTAL VISIT I ever had! Totally recommend to anyone and everyone!!! Thank you so much dr Siegel and staff!!
