Let me start by saying this is the most professional dentist I have ever visited across the 5 different countries where I have worked, studied and lived. I went to his office and was carefully examined. They took a new type of scan which provided a panoramic detailed view of my face. Dr. Drais even pointed out that my left side nasal passage is not as open as my right side. In my second visit ,which was a routine cleaning visit, Dr. Drais himself took care of me and examined every tooth and pointed out all potential problems to monitor. He took his time to explain everything in detail and draw diagrams to help me understand. Also, all his staff greet you by name when you enter the office. I'd say that he is a gem of a dentist and you would be very lucky to have him.

Dr. Drais and his entire staff are incredibly efficient, accommodating, and professional. They have employed the latest technology like text reminders of appointments and appointment scheduling to make the chore of keeping up to date with your dental appointments so easy. Patty runs the office like a pro and always goes the extra mile for you. All the dental hygienists are so kind, professional, gentle and thoughtful offering you a neck pillow for comfort or a bottle of water, a movie to watch if you're going to be in the chair for a period of time. Best of all they keep you informed of every move they are going to make so you are not surprised and can relax. When I first moved to the Monterey Peninsula a friend of mine was in dental sales. I asked her for a referral as I was in need of a new dentist. Before I could even get the question out she blurted Dr. Drais office. And they aren't even her client. I've been going to them ever since and I referred many friends and colleagues to them. They are conveniently located in Ryan Ranch and I always say going to them is more Spa-like than my previous experiences in the dental chair.

Dr. Drais and his staff are sensitive to the needs of their patients. The staff is courteous and professional. Dr. Drais is an excellent dentist who makes you feel comfortable right away.

My family and I have been seeing Dr Drais and his amazing dental team for about a year and a half. My youngest was 3 when he started seeing him and he still ENJOYS his visits. The staff are friendly and have great chairside manner. I don't know how it's possible to build a relationship with someone you only see every 6 months but they have. And we couldn't be happier!

Amazing experience as always! I've been going to this dental office for almost 15 years and even through a change in ownership I still love coming back. Patty has been the office manager for as long as I can remember and her customer service and care is a huge part of why I continue to bring my whole family here, thank you for all you do!
