Front desk employee very rude and not professional. Confronted me of calling too many times said they are closed monday and friday but doesnt state they are closed mondays on there. Not very informative and very unprofessional.

Dr Shawa and his staff are excellent. I mentioned that one of my front teeth had moved a bit. Dr Shawa made me a mouth guard to fix it and saw me once a week until the tooth was back in place. His staff are efficient and extremely competent. Best dentist I've ever been to. Highly recommended.

Dr. Shawa has been an amazing dentist. Him and his staff are great, and always have been so attentive. Definitely so kind and caring. And has a great personality! I will definitely miss him! Thank you for everything! You are amazing!

Dr Shawa had all of the answers to resolve my most difficult issues. Although my unique issues weren't necessarily painless, he did everything he could to mitigate the pain. We discussed all of the options prior to proceding. We maintained an interesting discussion throughout the process in spite of the obvious oral handicap. I look forward to seeing him again in six weeks to complete my dental treatment.

I want to go back in time and give myself a "high five" for selecting Dr Shawa to be my dentist. Not only is Dr. Shawa flush with the education merit to make a well rounded dentist, he is equally blessed with the skills, personality and kindness that elevates him to the level of a great dentist! His Staff of dental hygienist also deserve praise for their aptitude and friendliness. Dr. Shawa and staff are an asset to our community!

Had a bad tooth and he seen me the next day on a emergency appointment. I got right in and taken care of he made sure I was comfortable and assured me everything would be okay. Procedure was a breeze and now my fear of dentist is gone!!.. thank you Dr. Shawa

The best medical professional I've ever seen in my life he is so sweet and thorough, explains it until you understand, with a smile on his face! It is an absolute joy to miss work to see him! If you're looking for a dentist who cares and knows exactly what he is doing, look no more! Great office staff and location also!

I'm from out of town, and was visiting Reno, and suddenly had excruciating pain in one of my molars. I needed a dentist immediately. I found Dr. Shawa's info on the internet, and he was able to see me within an hour after I called. I was very pleased with him and his staff. If I lived in Reno, he would be my new regular dentist!

Dr Shawa Is one of the most incredible dentists. My family has been coming here for 12 years plus and have had above and beyond outstanding care. My kids used to beg to go see him to get "sleeping juice" in their cheek And have him pull their teeth even when they weren't ready. The kids adore him and Jill and we couldn't ask for a better treatment or dentist..

Dr. Shawa and his staff are super knowledgeable and thorough! Lindsay cleaned my teeth and I've never had a better dental hygienist. She took the time to explain every step of the way and made sure I left with the most pearly whites! 10/10.
