Dr. Joseph (Rob) Scarbrough graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Dentistry in June 1992. He then joined the United States Army as a Captain and completed his residency in Kentucky and then served abroad in Germany for the next three years. Dr. Scarbrough then decided to open a private practice and chose Searcy, Arkansas to be his home. He and his wife, Gina, daughter Elliott, and son Evan moved to Searcy in November 1996.
Carolyn Nokes returned home to Searcy after being gone for over 40 years. Carolyn has worked for Scarbrough Dentistry for 14 years. She and her husband, Larry, have 5 children, 14 grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild.
Crickett Lock graduated from Cabot High School in 1984. She lives in Cabot with her husband. They have four children, two grandsons, and two granddaughters. She has worked at Scarbrough Dentistry for 14 years.
Amanda Goodin graduated from Bald Knob High School in 1997. She studied Healthcare Management at ASU Searcy. She lives in Plainview with her husband and children. She has worked for Scarbrough Dentistry for 9 years.
Sarah Mason graduated from Searcy High School in 2004. A 2007 graduate of the dental hygiene program at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Sarah received her license as a Registered Dental Hygienist and also received a Bachelor of Science degree. She has been practicing with Dr. Scarbrough for 13 years.

Dr. Scarbrough is superior at Botox and Juvaderm. He always listens to my pretty outrageous concerns. He has a great sense of humor as well.

The establishment is very clean and has a nice atmosphere. I have used him for 10 years now and I absolutely will continue too. He and his staff have always been friendly and made myself and my child feel comfortable. He listens to my concerns and has never tried to talk me into any unnecessary procedures. I recommend him and his staff to all my friends. Very Good dentist. They also get me in in a timely manner.

Seems like a nice place, but when setting up the appointment, they were not honest about what insurance they take. Waited weeks to get in. Showed up to the appointment and was told that they don't accept my insurance. Really, it's my fault. I should have asked more questions when scheduling. Still, not a pleasant experience.

Professional, open and friendly. Quality experiences everytime for YEARS now.. Dr. Scarborough has a wonderful, calming demeanor for his profession. I always reccommend him to people, especially for potentially nervous adults and kids <3 Great, kind staffing. Always a good visit.
