Dr. Cassara was born and raised in Mountain View. He attended St. Simons elementary school, St. Francis High School, and Santa Clara University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Combined Sciences. He then graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco. Upon graduation, Dr. Cassara received an honorary award from the Department of Pedodontics (childrens dentistry) for general dentistry and patient management of children. In his free time, Dr. Cassara enjoys bicycling, hiking, basketball, cooking and spending time with his wife, Debbie and his three children, Julianna, Monica, and Paolo.
