well, I was taught if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything. The 1 star is only bc it makes you to post your review. This review is in regards to Jordan Yersky, not the practice, everyone else was great.

Worst dentist I have ever been to, he took out all of my old fillings (they were metal) because he "assumed I wanted white ones" he charged my insurance for 14 fillings and took advantage of my insurance! I am 21 and ALL OF MY FILLINGS HAVE FAILED 8 MONTHS LATER! They all fell out and my teeth are rotting I take care of my teeth and I don't think I had 14 cavities. I called and they said "we don't accept your insurance anymore we can't help you" The staff are so rude and arrogant and told me multiple times I didn't need a second opinion. I went ahead and trusted him and now all of my teeth are in poor condition he just drilled out all of teeth. They hurt. They have been sensitive since I went there. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE THIS IS GOING TO COST ME SO MUCH MONEY.

Would be ZERO starts if possible. My son had a chipped tooth, they "fixed it" 6 mponths ago and it doesn't and hasn't matched since day 1. Here's my interaction from this morning: Dr Fonagy literally said "I get paid $.28 per dollar from your insurance. I don't get paid enough to fix that. He can go to the guy who used to be here and did it. I'm not fixing it. I'm not paying people for the hour to fix it plus material" I said you signed off on it and he represented your practice. This is your issue" he didn't think so..... "I worked in a steel mill for 6 years. I know how to work hard for MY money. Not like this caresource. That's why i'm working to get out of caresource patients!" I explained i also work hard for my money and their insurance provider has nothing to do with our family, but rather my children's biological, non providing father. I said after this outburst by him, I would never come to him with private insurance. "Of course you wouldn't come to me with traditional insurance. You live in Howland you'd be going there if they took caresource" "You can call that guy who worked here. He can fix it. That's terrible color matching. I didn't sign off on that. He can fix it in Warren where he's at now" I reminded him that "you hired him to represent your business. Therefore this is your issue as the business owner" "No it's not. He has a dds after his name. Not my fault he's a young student and did that" "I'm getting screwed if I have to fix that. I'm not paying the people for an hour and I don't have an hour to fix it myself! Call him he can fix that mess. Now you can leave" I proceeded to ask for his dentistry license number, he refused to provide it. I asked for the number for the Dental board for a complaint, he refused to provide it. His secretary handed me his business card, with another doctor's name (Yersky) struck out with magic marker. On the back of this card is the number and name for the "dentist who did the work". I have been in contact with every agency possible to file complaints. All of this took place in front of my children and another customer. BBB, AG, ADA, CareSource have all been contacted. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS DISGRUNTLED OLD MAN YOU CAN.

Dr. Fonagy is a disappointment. He profiled us for having care source. How could he possibly complain that his patients are coming to him with care source? He was able to make that choice. With Covid and multi family house households he should never judge someone when he doesn't know their particular situation. It was a disgusting interaction and I will never go back there. My son said Mom he basically said he's broke and doesn't have the money to fix my tooth. A child should never say or think this. Never going back.

I am adding a new review due to the fact that I was scheduled to have my teeth cleaned, everything was fine until I received a text telling me my dentist left and that I would have to go there. Then said that any further appointments were cancelled. On top of that I received a letter that said my dentist left and I needed to find a new dentist. One of the front girls was always kind of nasty. Especially since she said "Well you'll have to find a new dentist anyway." Previously my review was 5 stars.

Dr. Fonagy and Dr.Jeoff are absolutely the best!!! Dr. Fangy was my dentist in akron many years ago when I was a child,I moved out to Hubbard, ohio in my mid 20's and in my mid 30's I needed a dentist and happen to make an appointment with these two wonderful dentist! I no longer have dental anxiety no medications before I go! Absolutely the best!!!

So my family and I received a letter in the mail denying us any future service due to the front office secretary being ignorant and rude . When we first started going here we told the them up front to not use fluoride because our insurance doesn't cover it . But yet they still did without our consent . Secondly my wife's insurance has a co- pay with dental but yet they claim everything is to be paid up front . But our insurance says differently . When called to explain or talk to the front office secretary tends be very rude and ignorant . No big deal because we loved Dr. Fornagy . But yet We receive a letter from the doctor saying that our business is no longer needed . So not one time did the Doctor call us to talk or address the issue that was going on. Neither did we ever make it an issueThen we received a bill for our service when we asked up front to pay our co pay and the lady so we were good . Dishonest is a sad thing . And we as a family have been faithful have been loyal and respectful to the doctor and staff . We looked past the rudeness because we considered it was just a stressful day .

Worst customer care. Very arrogant staff and the Male dentist. You can't have an opinion or say in yours or your families dental care. And if you do have any input you are told to leave the practice. Dr Fonagy is rude and makes smart remarks while in the presence of patients, young and old. Not family friendly and not for kids .
