Dr. Steele is amazing at what he does. My grandma went there once and was so satisfied with her visit that she's decided to go to his office from now on. Highly recommend!

Ive had TMJ TMD for years, he really helped me when younger,He used to be really good but either he having too many patients or ? So I've been driving from st.louis to bowling Green,ky (long drive) so they worked on my tray, tray not helping so I called to ask something to help with nerves pain so Dr office called me wanting to know where to send the pain meds (but He the Dr forgot to call in the meds! ) it being Friday no sleep that weekend is what I had coming. I had a appointment that Monday and he has started to relegate the smaller duties to his lady staff , tuning my tmj bit tray that still has not helped ($1700.00) implement. As she worked on it she cut 2 hole through the bit tray, 1 of the holes I nothing about, till I got back to my motel room seeing it in the light. See 2 repaired hole one side is so thin it moves to the touch (back tooth ) where it's should be the strongest, it's now the weakest because he continues to allow her girl to train or what ever. I'm $1700.00 in the hole, face to try to ask for my money back because I have to have a new tray because those repair spots won't last never had before, (what should I do?
