This was a very complete and satisfying visit. The doctor and staff were very supportive and friendly, which put me at ease. The problem I incurred for the visit was remedied in a timely fashion.

The team at Bradshaw Dental are wonderful. They are not only really nice, but they are personable, often remembering personal tidbits shared during previous visits. I feel like I am with friends. On top of that, Dr. Bradshaw has a great demeanor that puts anyone at ease. He is very interested in the patient's concerns, worries or questions. His informative responses let me know he understands and wants to help address my questions. Highly recommended dental practice.

Always a great experience! Friendly, accommodating and professional. Feels like family and not a doctor's appointment. Dr. Bradshaw really cares and Rose is a sweet as they get. Kelly and Wendy are great too. Thanks!

Dr Bradshaw and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Each time I go there they offer suggestions and tips about how to avoid dental problems. Their exams are always through and their treatments plans are based on best medicine principles. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very open and thorough dental experience. They discuss things with me that I had never been talked to by any other dentist before. Cleaning was detailed and pain-free. The doctor came by and had time for discussion and asked questions. All together a great experience. While their address makes finding it the first time a little challenging they did call me, understanding that the address isn't exactly straightforward, make sure I could find it.

Requested appt due to broken tooth. Was given appt first thing. After xrays Dr. Bradshaw was able to fill and polish tooth in same visit. Thanks for taking care of my problem so quickly!

Been here 3x now. It's a good office. Wendy at the front desk is great. My hygienist, Shay, is awesome. The Dentist doesn't seem to want to drill holes and place fillings. I've felt like alot of dentist offices just wanted to upsale. I do have a problem with the billing. I got my bill back and they charged me $119 for "Oral Cancer Screening" and another $119 for "Oral Hygiene Instruction." This feels disingenuous. These feel like charges were billed because my insurance will pay them. A cancer screening sounds serious? I would have thought that would have been discussed before hand. And certainly a follow up or at least a notification? I didn't even know I was getting a screening, much less get the results. I'm guessing everything was OK since no one contacted me about the results. Oral Hygiene instruction? Cmon??? For 119 bucks? Telling me to floss more shouldn't be considered 119 dollars of instruction. It feels like these charges were snuck in my bill because the inurance company would pay them, not that I needed them. I don't like to be cheated. They should be more upfront about their charges and what services you will be receiving. Won't be back.

Love, love, love this group. Everyone --- receptionists --- Rose, my dental hygenist --- and of course Dr. Bradshaw --- are head above anyone I have been to before. I have lived in several cities and have been to many, many dental offices in my lifetime and I am so glad I found this group. They are professional, conscientious, and patient. Everything is explained in full and I do not ever feel that I am being overserviced. They do an amazing job and should be commended.

Have been seeing Dr Bradshaw for a few years and he has wonderful office staff and awesome dental hygienist. I would recommend Dr Bradshaw for dental work.

Best Dental staff in the state of Arizona. Front office 5 star, all the tech's and hygienist 5 star. And of course Dr. Bradshaw 5 star. If I could rate 10 stars I would without hesitation.
