Dr. Pagan has been practicing at the Nutley location for over 10 years now and our office is equipped with the latest technology. Including state of the art digital x-rays, panoramic, and instruments to provide for your dental care needs. We also specialize in cosmetic dentistry. Our friendly staff members are bilingual and are here to make you feel at ease during your visit.
Dr. Jose A. Pagan began his studies in Puerto Rico, where he was born and raised. He came from a family of fourteen siblings, where his parents did the very best to raise them, provide a wonderful life and a great education. He later decide to continue his education here in the United States. Dr. Pagan entered in the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ), now known as Rutgers New Jersey Medical School in 1991. He completed the University in 1997 and went on to a two year residency in the VA Hospital. He has been practicing ever since. I enjoy what I do, and I have a great passion in providing the best dental care possible for my patients.

Had a great experience last year myself. As must of us are afraid of dentist. This place have five stars on my book They we're very gentle & acomodating to my fear. Had several things done and very happy with the work. Also yesterday took my 95 yr old mom for an extraction and they couldn't be any more gentle and caring. Would recommend Dr Pagan in a heartbeat.

As I always say, I am fortunate to have a dentist who does anything to ease my stress. I woke up three days with a slight pain on my lower right side of my jaw on the bottom teeth gum area. I didn't know what it was. However, I went straight to my dentist, Dr. Jose Pagan and his office were. so accommodating that they fitted me in their schedule and took an x-ray. as I sat and explained what was going on, they took an x-ray only to find out that it was a sensitive gum issue that may have been caused by having something spicy. I was so released to not have to wait for an appointment because they were able to fit me into their schedule immediately today. Thank you again Dr. Pagan, and staff; it is so easy to visit your office and feel at ease when I leave your dental office feeling a sense of relief.

Dr. Pagan is the best of the best , I know him for 20+ years, he's very professional, takes very good care of you and takes his time with your needs. Very caring and friendly Staff, very clean facility. They keep you aware of your schedule appointments by sending texts to remind you, much needed with our busy daily life. First time visit, I was impressed by the staff and Dr. Pagan was charming as well. I don't like to jump around places and when my previous location stopped taking my insurance I was crushed. This location is not exactly near me but not terribly far. I'm huge advocate for proper dental care and hygiene so having a good dental hygienist is crucial. Frank was good and thorough. I still want to try the other staff members before settling on my fav one or at least top 3 as I said I am serious about my oral care. Dr. Pagan is not only a dentist for oral care but does cosmetic dental services. I have a VERY small gap which I've grown accustomed to after my mishap of not wearing my retainer after braces (20+ years ago). Nevertheless, at first I hated it but I'm okay with it but now with this new location I may entertain getting it closed so we shall see. Overall GREAT experience and hoping I found a new home.
