I told Rico that I was still experiencing discomfort/pain where he extracted my tooth...he scheduled me an appointment for today to see if it's healing good...turns out it's healing extremely well...but that doesn't explain why I'm still in pain...I asked him if I can get a note for work stating that I can't go in the chiller...I tried going in the chiller and my face felt like it was on fire...I was crying from the pain...Rico wasn't sympathetic at all...he told me that my job would be the one to excuse me from being in the chiller...I explained to him that my job wanted me to get a note from him specifically...he claimed he didn't know what to say...I informed him I had forms(which he didn't bother taking a look at)...he then told me he'll just write me a note stating that I can't go in the chiller...I said thank you...I get to the front to pick up my note...and to my surprise he lied to me and put "may cause limitations"...I couldn't believe it...it's not like I'm asking for more pain pills or to be completely excused from work...I just needed an accommodation...I'll never return to this place even if Rico apologizes

Very professional office. Dr. Rico pays more attention to your dental needs, and doesn't try to push procedures to increase the billings. He is friendly and caring. As a retiree, my dental coverage is "out of pocket," and Dr. Rico helps you to maintain good dental hygiene while helping to keep it affordable. The office staff is very nice too!

I had a great experience with this dental office today! Normally dental visits feel me with dread but today was an exception. Dr. Rico talked through the items, and was able to get me in for part of the treatment plan in the same day. Shout out to his assistant - she easily predicted the tools needed before they were even asked for. The front desk team were equally as pleasant! Will be back soon for the other half of my treatment plan!

Needed a new dentist and found Dr. Rico on line. I am so very pleased with his professionalism and his pleasant manner. He took the time to answer my questions and he explained the xrays and treatment options thoroughly. His staff is very attentive and courteous. His office is very spacious and clean. I think Ive found my dentist for life!

Went in today and had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was having an issue with my tooth and needed to see if I needed a root canal. Turns out it was just time to have some wisdom teeth pulled. They didn't do that procedure in their office but referred me to a place. And also told me to contact them back if I had any trouble scheduling an appointment. Dr. Rico was friendly and so was the staff. Definitely come back for my regular check ups. Also everyone had masks and worked very clean.

I have been going to Dr. Rico's office for almost 2 years now, and they are the best dental office I have ever had. The front desk always greets you with a friendly smile, Dr. Rico does extraordinary work and is an expert in all fields of dentistry, and his assistants are extremely knowledgeable and always take the best care of you. I was in the dental field for 13 years, so I have seen many dental practices, and hands down they are the best!
