Dr. Han received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Chemistry and Music from Illinois Wesleyan University, and his Masters Degree in Chemistry from University of Illinois Chicago. He then continued on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from University of Illinois College of Dentistry.

While in dental school, Dr. Han was awarded the Howard Kubuki Award for Superior Clinical Performance. He completed three years of post-graduate prosthodontic specialty education at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. During his residency, Dr. Han presented his case studies at Nobel Biocare World Conference 2005, International Congress of Oral Implantology 2007 and American Academy of Fixed Prosthodontics 2007.

Dr. Han is proud to be a Diplomate of American Board of Prosthodontics and a Fellow of American College of Prosthodontists. Currently, Dr. Han is one of 31 Board Certified Prosthodontists in the State of Illinois.

As an expert in implant, veneer, crown, bridge, denture, cosmetic, and restorative procedures as well as a master coordinator with specialists such as oral surgeons, periodontists, endodontists and orthodontists, his goal is to provide the most comprehensive care to his patients and his community.

Dr. Jamieson Brady is a gentle, caring dentist who makes patient comfort his top priority. He graduated from the University at Buffalo summa cum laude with a BS in Biological Sciences and continued to earn his DDS with a concentration in periodontics. While at Buffalo he was active in award-winning research and had several of his studies published in national scientific journals.

After graduation he entered an oral & maxillofacial surgery internship at Cook County Hospital in Chicago. Dr. Bradys practice is now focused on tooth extractions with IV sedation. He has a passion for teaching in his role as Clinical Instructor for Western Surgical & Sedation, where he trains dentists from around the world to safely extract impacted wisdom teeth.

We understand there can be stress associated with dental procedures Dr. Brady is trained to recognize this and always works to eliminate the anxiety associated with treatment. Dr. Brady is licensed to administer IV sedation. With IV sedation, patients sleep lightly through the procedure and typically have little or no memory of the event. Our highly trained staff ensures this happens in a safe, controlled environment.

Dr. Brady is an active member of the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology, American Dental Association, Illinois State Dental Society, and Chicago Dental Society. Outside of dentistry Dr. Brady enjoys skiing, biking, traveling, and live music. He lives in downtown Chicago with his dog Charlie and cat Carl.

Dr. Fornellis love of art and science began early thanks to his father, a lifelong professional artist and amateur archeologist. Born and raised in Park Ridge, IL, Dr. Fornelli first attended Illinois State University and received a bachelors degree in Art History with minors in studio jewelry and graphic design. He then went Benedictine University to prepare for dental school and earned a major certificate in biology. His dental training was then completed at the University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry where he earned both a bachelor of science in dentistry as well as his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degrees.

Dr. Fornelli relies on his 15 years of experience as a general dentist to provide exceptional, personalized treatment for all. Taking his time with each patient, his experience is able to provide optimal solutions to your dental problems and concerns.

Dedication to lifelong learning through continuing education is also important to him. It allows Dr. Fornelli to keep abreast of new information and techniques while helping to continually hone his clinical skills.

He also provides regular charitable care with several organizations both locally and abroad. Dr. Fornelli was first introduced to this side of dentistry when he traveled to Bosnia-Herzegovina in 1999 with oral surgeon and mentor Dr. Dean Skuble. There Dr. Skubles charity Care for Children built and staffed a modern dental clinic to serve the children affected by the countries recent civil war. The clinic at Mothers Village Orphanage is still in operation today and Dr. Fornelli has traveled back several times to provide care.

As a dental assistant, Mia has been with our practice since 2020. Mia enjoys the teamwork at our office and is dedicated to patient care. At our practice, she works alongside Dr. Han to assist in both prosthodontic treatments and dental implant procedures. She ensures that our patients feel comfortable throughout their entire treatment process and is able to answer any questions they may have about their procedure. When not at the office, Mia has a 2-year-old dog that she spends all her time with.

Janet graduated magna cum laude from the University of Bridgeport Fones School of Dental hygiene in 2005. She is a member of the Dental hygiene honor society and is the recipient of the Mabel C. McCarthy award for 2005. She worked in a private practice in Connecticut for 15 years before relocating to Illinois. Janet has a kind gentle touch while maintaining the highest clinical standards. She is also an accomplished musician/singer/songwriter and enjoys spending time with family.
