PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. Since being treated by this practice, I have paid $915 for services that I did not need, have a partially numb face from the hygienist hitting a nerve (could be six months before I get feeling back in my face) and was misdiagnosed. I went in about three weeks ago because I had a severe toothache. I was told that there was nothing wrong with my tooth, but I had tartar buildup and needed a deep cleaning...fast forward three weeks of agonizing pain, now they say that I actually had a FRACTURED tooth that the doctor didn't see on the X-ray. Now I have to have a root canal and crown to fix it ($2300). The fracture in my tooth caused and abscess in my gum the SIZE OF A QUARTER. The dentist said that she would call in antibiotics and ibuprofen to get me through the weekend until I could get into another dentist. SHE DID NOT CALL IN THE MEDS. I left four messages with the answering service. The answering service follow up with me six times to see if anyone from the practice called me back, BUT THE DR NEVER RETURNED MY CALL. I just got notified by my pharmacy that the prescriptions had been filled 72 HOURS AFTER THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE. This branch of Aspen Dental is one of about six locations that is privately owned, so does not fall under their corporate guidelines. I would go back here if all my teeth were rotting out of my head. They do not care about helping you, just taking your money and shuffling you out the door as quickly as possible. I saw a general dentist AND an oral surgeon. Both did not correctly diagnose me. When I went in to see the oral surgeon about the numbness in my cheek and pain he did not even examine me.
