Dr. Mangot has been practicing cosmetic and restorative dentistry in Bergen County for over twenty five years. Dr. Mangot is currently the co-director of the General Practice Residency program at the Center for Dentistry at Hackensack University Medical Center, where he is responsible for the advanced training of recent dental school graduates. Also, Governor Chris Christie has appointed Dr. Mangot to the New Jersey State Board of Dentistry.
Dr, Mangot is a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry and has attended the prestigious Rosenthal Aesthetic Advantage continuum in New York City. In 1988, he completed his general practice residency at Newark Beth Israel Medical Center. Dr. Mangot received his Doctorate of Dental Medicine from UNDNJ- New Jersey Dental School ( now known as Rutgers School of Dental Medicine ) in 1987. He graduated form Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio in 1983.
Membership: American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Bergen County Dental Society, Academy of General Dentistry, Alpha Omega International, and American Academy of Facial Cosmetics.

I have been seeing Dr Mangot for a very long time! He makes you feel like you are the only patient there. You are important to him. He takes his time and always answers all your questions. He is very kind! I recommend him to all my family and friends! Don't plan on reading magazines in the waiting room, Dr. Mangot is always on time!

My mom and I are so excited to have met Dr. Mangot and his wonderful dental office staff that work with him! From the moment I called to make our appointments and spoke to Allana, his office manager I immediately felt we were cared for and that their ultimate priority is the patient! She went out of her way to make sure we were scheduled and taken care of as soon as they could and made herself available promptly several times when I had any additional questions. Mary Ellen, their dental hygienist is wonderful and caring and so thorough! Dr. Mangot is absolutely amazing and goes out of his way to spend the time with you and gives you that time that nowadays is so priceless and hard to come by in the dental and medical field! With his years of experience and his caring demeanor, we feel So lucky to have found him! Thank you Dr. Mangot and to your team for making our dental visit amazing!

Having Dr. Mangot for my dentist is like "winning the lottery"! Dr. Mangot and staff are professional, personable and make you feel like family! I have had crowns, a bridge, fillings and whitening for my teeth and have never had any issues! Dr. Mangot takes the time and thoroughly listens to any concerns and presents the best options. Being a patient makes me feel like a winner because it's not easy to find a dentist that is "top notch"! Being able to trust a dentist 100% is priceless! I would highly recommend Dr. Mangot to anyone!

As the Clinical Director of the General Practice Residency at Hackensack University Medical Center, Dr. Jonathan Mangot has been my teacher, mentor, and advisor. Besides being an excellent clinician, his approach and demeanor make both the resident and patient feel comfortable and at ease. His up-to-date knowledge regarding procedures and dental materials is second to none. I have learned more in one year than throughout four years of dental school. I hope to maintain both a professional and personal relationship as I move to Los Angeles to begin my dental career. Bottom line: he's a great guy! Dr. Zachary Offman

I am greatly fortunate to have Dr. Mangot and his exceptional staff take care of my oral hygiene. First and foremost, Dr. Mangot is a skilled clinician in all disciplines. Equally important is his caring, attentive staff. They put a lot of effort into making you feel comfortable and cared for. They also take great pains to insure that waiting time is an absolute minimum...Never has my wait been greater than a couple minutes - frequently zero. Dr. Mangot and staff have made themselves available outside of office hours (Sunday!) to promptly address issues requiring immediate attention. I happily give Dr. Mangot and his staff the highest possible recommendation.

I just want to say how sad I am that Dr. Mangot is no longer my dentist not because of anything bad but because of my insurance . He's been my dentist and my kids first dentist (Najee and N'Dea) until they're teenage years. He was always so kind to us and we always felt like we were in good hands with him. I just wanted to leave a message to say hello and to continue to wish him well. Take care Dr. Mangot!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Mangot for many years. I can not say enough good things about him and his staff. There is a definitely a family feel in that office, that is not something you find in many doctor offices today. His staff is always happy to see me, they are competent, caring, patient and are always very pleasant to deal with. Dr. Mangot, is just the best, he is professional and upbeat, warm and personable. He explains everything he is doing and is always up to date on the latest procedures which really puts me at ease. I know he has the best intentions for my dental care. It is obvious that he genuinely cares about his patients. I could not imagine having any other dentist!

Another 5 star experience visiting Dr. Mangot and his staff for my 6 month cleaning. Especially during these crazy times, I felt very safe and comfortable. It's not often you come across someone that truly makes a difference in so many lives. Someone who always goes the extra mile regardless of the situation. My daughters and I are extremely thankful to have Mr. Mangot as not only as our Dentist but someone who always has our best interest in mind. I went for the first time to Dr. Mangot's office for a whitening and it went great, awesome experience. The energy in the office was amazing, the hygienist is such a sweetheart Overall everyone was so professional and friendly, excellent at what they do.
