This is pretty hands down a pretty bad place, the front office staff is pretty rude, Dr Clark tells you that the pain you are having is not real. He went as far as to tell my husband that his underbite that he has had his entire life was forced and a figment of his imagination and he need to stop making himself push his jaw out and tried to physically push his jaw back. They tried to double bill me and my insurance. The office girl sent me a blank document by email then told me to open it in a different email account that I opened it wrong. I asked for a pre-estimate for my bill and they waited till 4pm the day before my 9am appt to call me. I called A WEEK BEFORE my appt to check the status of my estimate! My insurance emailed a month ago that it had been sent to their office. Go elsewhere for your dental work.thisnplace is a joke!! I have to add the lady the works the front will harass you when you tell her to stop contacting you. I told her to cancel my appt I would be going elsewhere, she has since sent me 3 emails telling me various information that I did not ask for after I have specifically told her to stop emailing me!! This woman is crazy!!
