Very nice and professional staff. Pre-screening questions can be done online no problem and there aren't any issues with scheduling in my experience. Great dentist.

Lately the services my children have received has been awful. We have always loved the dentist and staff and truly hope this issue can be resolved.

I had been for a cleaning and had to have teeth pulled then cavaties..now some more removal. Each time no matter what was going on with me I felt so comfortable and at ease .Dr Hypes and her staff were awesome..Maria has been cleaning my teeth for many years and I wouldn't want it any other way .No one wants mouth drilled but the professional staff really makes me feel at ease .Thanks to all

There's a perfect balance of professional and personal service at Hale Family Dentistry. Due to a past experience, I have a bit of dental office anxiety. From the first phone call I began to feel more at ease than I expected. Everyone I've met has been positive and welcoming! Their internal communication clearly shows a good work environment and good leadership. I cannot be convinced otherwise -- Dr. Hypes is a rockstar! I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Less important than five star service, but definitely worth mentioning - their facility is top notch as well. I love the personal touch of the staff portraits and the beautiful local art that makes you feel at home. I'm thankful to Dr. Eckley for the recommendation!

Very professional staff, from reception to dentist, Megan is my hygienist and Amy is the kids. All 4 of my kids go here and have had great experiences(ages 4-17). Office is always very clean and we are seen promptly upon arrival.

This is by far the best dental office I've been to! Dr. Hale and his staff are very gentle and professional! The entire staff is super friendly and make you feel comfortable during your whole visit! They even have televisions in each room and massaging chairs! Very clean office and nicely organized. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends!!

Dr. Hale's office is wonderful! Maria has been cleaning my teeth for most of my life and she always does an amazing job. The rest of the staff are always kind and courteous as well. I love the new offices with the massaging chairs and TVs at every station--it makes going to the dentist feel like a spa day! I'd definitely recommend this office--and either of the dentists--to everyone.

By far the best dental team I have ever experienced. We've been driving from Beckley to Oak Hill for several years now just to see Dr. Hale and all the staff there. Megan is wonderful!! Mandy is always so helpful when I have to get work done. She knows I'm not the best patient so she's always really kind and takes her time with me. I appreciate them so much!!
