Great staff! Super understanding and was able to still take me in right away (although I was over 15 mins late lol). Dr. Jones was really informative and kind. Teeth cleaning was simple and effective

Sat in the waiting room for over an hour to be told my cleaning wouldn't start for at least another half hour so I left. Update - Dr. Jones was very apologetic about my bad experience and was very accommodating with rescheduling my apt. at a time that worked for me. My experiences since then have been about average.

I have been seeing Dr Jones now for almost 2 years now. Today I had to get a filing and it turned into much more than I thought. I am also terrified of needles. He was so patient and understanding. He explained every step he was taking during filling and made the shot almost painless!! I would refer him to anyone!! He has me as a patient for as long as I am in Richmond.
